I hope that having two sci-fi themed mafias (well, three if you include Doctor Who) running immediately before (and therefore during) Anime Mafia IV doesn't sap the EWB geek community of their thirst for mafia.

Not that the 'EWB geek community' is a singular gelatenous beast (insert Ruki joke here) by any stretch, though I like to think it is.

Mine is basically like DS9, but on a ship instead of a space station.

And his is basically like DS9, except inside a small box which travels through time. Also there's a lot of period dress and implied homosexuality.

Pick whichever of the following excuses makes you feel happiest:

a) I'm not a Battlestar geek.

b) Every time I play mafia I end up wanting to get myself mod-killed just so I can stop playing.

c) My internet connection at home is broken atm, leaving only an hour or so a day I can access EWB at work.

d) It's only been a couple of months since my last game. Generally I leave at least six.

e) Don't want to.

(Actually, if it weren't for c) I would recommend that Stokerina join up to SDM's since she's a big Battlestar geek. She would probably be awful though.)

Anyway, my game doesn't really need knowledge of the theme. Knowledge of the theme is generally good to suss out claims, which I've denoted in my sign up thread, will be moderated behind the scenes.
