Major League Baseball 2010

All I'm hearing at work is how we're having another parade here in Philly. I reminded them all that Halladay can't pitch every game, and one person responded with "Why not?" This is why I have no respect for Philly fans. Front runners that have no idea what the fuck is going on.

Don't you root for the Yankees? :P

Fixed.

Zero, on the bright side you can dry your eyes when the Bengals...bwahaha, so sorry, I can't even finish that one.

The Bengals and I are currently trying out a trial separation.

That was one of the greatest experiences I've ever had. It will most likely go down as the greatest baseball game I'll ever attend. At the beginning of the day I thought there would be no way to top 2008 NLCS Game 1 against the Dodgers that I went to, but boy was I wrong. This was awesome. Seeing not only Roy Halladay's first postseason game in his career, but seeing a No Hitter, not to mention only the second No Hitter in Post-Season history... it was fantastic. The atmosphere was great, Halladay brought it, and we were able to get the runs we needed for him.

GO PHILLIES

Controversy in a playoff game. Get out.

6 umps. 12 eyes. 1 missed call.

It would have been pretty bad to overturn a questionable call with two outs in the bottom of the 9th, but the Yankees win on the next play anyway.

I hate the Yankees so if Thome had crushed a 2 run homer on the next pitch, I would have celebrated like a Phillies fan did when Halladay got his no-no. But the baseball gods sold their souls to that franchise a long time ago :(

That home field advantage is really paying HUGE dividends in the AL this year. Minnesota and Tampa won a combined 102 games at home this year in the regular season, and didn't really put up much of a fight in any of the four games played thus far. At least Halladay realized what's supposed to happen when you have the crowd behind you.

Tampa doesn't have fans, unless it's the Buccos.

It's a surprise to be seeing the Rays go down this easily. The Twins on the other hand... no. There is no God, that's why the Yanks keep winning.
