Any time you hear a current golfer speak you can tell how much Seve meant to their careers. Heck, even Mickelson was talking yesterday about Seve taking him aside for a practice round when he was just 17 and getting ready to play his first PGA event. Being a 5 time major champion is no joke.

Same age as my father, far too young to die. Legendary golfer, both for his wins as well as being a part of some of the most iconic golfing moments of the 1980's. RIP

Way too young to die. He was an incredible ambassador for the game of golf, a wonderful player, and a wonderful human being. I pray for his family in their time of great sadness. Let us remember Seve fondly today as one of the true greats of the game.
