Judging by the BBC report he's being serious. Apparently they're belying their league position atm and it remains 0-0 as it does also at Anfield.

EDIT: Thought so. Wasn't sure whether or not I'd got that wrong. Definitely needs to stop being so naive in defence.

It's been pretty much a standard Liverpool game. So many shots, hitting post, cleared off the line, corners galore and then conceding when opponents get a rare attack.
