As in the long throw set piece creator? I have my tallest player challenging the keeper, one striker attacking the front post, one striker attacking the back post and the centre backs in the six yard box. Then someone to come short if needed and my best long shot taking on the outside of the area.

I love a good FM moment. The job Barnsley has started off hard. One loss, one draw and the third game looked like another loss. We manage to claw one back through a deflected shot.. then in the 89th min Dagnall smashes one in off the post from 25 yards.

Our first goal of the season that wasn't an OG or a deflection and a vital three points. It means so much because of how poor our strikers finishing has been. Barely hit the target in 3 games.

Well I finally got into a game, but my team are doing their best to put me off it. Started with Forest and after 12 games or so we were top, unbeaten and playing teams off the park. I'm in March now and 3 wins from 13 have knocked us down to 6th, five points ahead of 7th. No consistency whatsoever it seems... we're outplaying teams near enough every game but can't seem to finish.

It's frustrating, but I'm enjoying it. Hoping we can hold on to a playoff spot and then, regardless of what happens, build a better squad for next season now that I've got the wage budget under control.
