I don't really know why I stay up for Jets games, they never play well on primetime. Everyone was terrible tonight. Time to start fighting for the wildcard.

Whoever decided to give Ray Rice only 5 carries needs to be shot.

This is one of my two big takeaways from the game today. Down 10-0 early the Ravens suddenly started to play like they were down 30-0 and just completely ignored the idea of a running game. This is a chronic problem this year and against teams not afraid to only rush 3 or 4 a huge problem. This needs to change next week because Cincy plays a similar defense to Jacksonville and Seattle. But the offense isn't my huge gripe, just the play selection. Flacco could have won that game on his own if the defense made a stop on Seattle's final possession.

But... fuck David Reed. He's not even good when he's holding onto the ball. Meanwhile the ACC Single-Season Return Yards record holder Torrey Smith has barely been used. I understand the fear of losing your no. 2 WR to injury on a return, but you're trying to win a Super Bowl. Don't get conservative.

All in all it's not a devastating loss, just continue to win out in the division and the team is fine. But this could be the loss fans look back on if the Ravens end up with anything but the 1 seed in the AFC.

They should still win the division - but they're probably going to be one-and-done in the playoffs. Teams are just going to stack up against the run.

After Week 5 I said that the Packers had a very real shot at going 19-0. As each week passes I feel better about that claim. Rodgers could suffer a season ending injury in practice tomorrow and still win the MVP by a wide margin.

The Packers are unstoppable, it's as simple as that and they're not a horrible team to watch and not full of egotistic dickheads.

I'd love to see them play and tear the Patriots a new one at the Superbowl.
