I don't recall setting anything specific regarding shooting. In fact, I was planning on making it auto if I had the option. I think it's an individual setting.

I have no clue. I haven't even looked yet to see who is available.

Granted I don't know all that much about the new ratings system.. but it was a D for D trade - my guy was rated 59 overall and his 51. The players were the same age, so their potential was pretty much the same too.. so I don't even know.
