The priority on pitchers is a big difference between this draft and last year's. Plus, by already nabbing Verlander & Hamels, I'm not terribly surprised Berober nabbed one of the better-projected closers so soon. His strategy seems to be the exact opposite of mine, which all but guarantees him a good finish.

With the run on pitchers and so long before I pick again, getting another one here is pretty much mandatory. So I'll go with CC Sabathia, SP, Yankees.

And with my other pick I'm taking Mark Trumbo, 1B/3B/LF/RF, Angels. He had an amazing first two months, a good middle two months, and a horrific last two months. But he's got big power and will have a murderer's row hitting ahead of him so he's got huge RBI potential. Also the positional flexibility could prove to be invaluable.
