Having issues downloading the patch again

Managed to get a good three hour session in tonight with a friend. Lots of things seem broken, e.g. I could enter jobs I'm not a high enough rank for, but still lots of fun. We pinched a helicopter and went store to store on the rob.

Edit: That was new. Was walking towards the Circle Of Death and it said a few players disconnected....

I want to say that I was on the "launching session" screen, but that's the last screen I saw when I went onto my computer to watch a Youtube video for about 15-20 minutes and then came back to be two and a half minutes into a race against Lamar.

Yeah, but which launching session screen? I've seen like 3 different ones.

For instance, right now I'm in one at the parking lot, with other players dropping in and out.

Earlier, I was at launching sessions screen with just a blurry picture of Los Santos in the background.

And then I've been at that screen launching session with no menu bar at the top.

Did you do anything different? I assume you were trying the delete everything method.

Yeah, I did that several times. Then it just worked all of a sudden. I was waiting at the parking lot with other players dropping in and out and then it started up.

I feel terrible that it works pretty easily for me and I'm not that interested in playing it. I wish I could give you guys my spot or something

Everytime I put this out of my mind, I see someone post saying "Yaaaaaaaaay I'm in!" and I have to go back and try again, thinking I might be as lucky. :/

Been standing around in the parking lot forever. Apparently my only choices are to wait or go to the dashboard/turn off the console. This is just stupid. I don't want to race, dammit.

Hey Ellis can you see if there's a request to join the crew from me? I think because I started on the second character slot, it didn't link to the crew.

There is but it throws up an error when I try to invite you. You're still listed as a member.
