A lot of people aren't made into staff workers, because it is fathomable for them to get back in the ring if the WWE were to let them go.

Mercury is not the only one that should be removed from the Workers list and added to the Staff list. Byron Saxton, Dusty Rhodes, Finlay, Lawler, Mickey Keegan, Robbie Brookside, Ryan Katz, William Regal, Lilian Garcia and Linda McMahon (why wasn't she deleted from the Workers list and added to the Staff one is beyond me.)

Most of your suggested changes are inaccurate/unnecessary:

• Byron Saxton: In addition to being a commentator he's also a backstage interviewer, similar to Renee Young who's also in the workers list as a non-wrestler. I see no reason why these two shouldn't be exactly the same in terms of status (i.e. Non Wrestlers with Staff Member as their gimmick)
• Dusty Rhodes: Still occasionally appears for segments in the ring, most notably during the 'Cody Rhodes is fired' storyline they ran late last year. He was also general manager of NXT which would require him to be in the workers list to appear in authority angles
• Finlay: The last time he was fired he worked on the indies until he was rehired. Once again, for accuracy's sake this should stay as is
• Jerry Lawler: He still works matches outside of WWE, so non-wrestler is the right place for him to be
• Mickey Keegan: I know he's seriously injured at the moment but it's not entirely impossible that he could wrestle again in the future. At one point no one thought Shawn Michaels would ever wrestle again, and yet he did 4 years or so after sustaining his injury
• Robbie Brookside: He's 47. Like Finlay he would probably go back to working the indies if he was released from/left WWE. Can't make him a Non-Wrestler either, for that same reason
• Ryan Katz: Same thing as Brookside: he'd go back to working indies if he was released
• William Regal: Regal still works the occasional match. He's too over to put in development, so Midcarder is the right position for him to be in. When he stops having matches then it's probably right to make him a non-wrestler
• Lilian Garcia: She's been used in angles in the past but I don't think she has since she returned to WWE, so perhaps she could be converted to Staff

I don't think the Gracie's should be THAT low. Not confusing them with the best workers but they have 10s in brawl and submission? Not saying they should be 90's, I'd say 40s for brawl and 50's/60's for technical.

I don't Silas looks that menacing. That or anyone with a scowl should have menacing ticked.

Eva Marie is nowhere near as bad as a valet like say Trina Michaels or SoCal Val who don't wrestle at all who by all means should be close to 0. I'd say twenties the lowest.

Regal I disagree with. Besides this time in Great Britian, he has wrestled every European tour, even on RAW and SmackDown and a few matches on NXT. He cannot do that in game as a non-worker as they only do angles and interviews on tv and matches on events.

Look at it from the perspective as someone who doesn't play as the WWE - there's always a huge dump of people at the start of the game and guys like that are among the first to go and now they're pretty much useless to anyone who might want to pick them up, even though realistically I'd say - most of them would be wrestling again.
