Taylor Twellman just reported that Kaka has signed for Orlando City SC as their first Designated Player, and he will be loaned out to Sao Paolo until the start of the 2015 season. He's not gotten a single one of these moves to MLS wrong yet this season so I'm guessing it's legit.
