So who is watching what? You've got the Senior U.S. Open going on and The Travelers Championship to choose from this week/weekend.

Won't be following the action this week. I'll pick up again a week or two before The Open to gauge how everyone is playing before deciding on bets. Off work during the week of the event and plan on watching every minute.

Fun, though frustrating end, this weekend. Paul Casey and Bubba went to a two-hole playoff where Casey kind of imploded.

Love me some Bubba.

Bubba is so inconsistent, it's rather annoying, especially when I've got money on him. Glad he's back to winning ways.

I've always had a bit of an irrational hatred for Paul Casey, so I'm happy he lost. Could be England's best chance at The Open though.

Tiger shot -4 today, because of course he did. What a Jeckyl/Hyde roller coaster this man's game is on.

Rory is set to miss The Open due to an ankle injury suffered whilst playing football.

I like that he won't officially rule himself out even though the doctors say he can't put his weight on it for 6 weeks.

Rory has confirmed his Open withdrawal.

Good. I don't want him to have to miss tournaments, but this is better long term. Everyone was saying that at best he'd likely start, but not be able to finish anyway.

Holly Sonders has been taken off Fox's coverage, she's going to be working on FS1 now covering the post-game show.

Suits me. BBC would be building him up all week long, no matter how far back he was.

Can't wait to watch all of this!

Kuch is my fiancée's favourite player. He's so likeable.

Spieth is also going well over at the John Deere. The Open is looking great next week, even without Rory.

Yeah, Spieth has been darn near perfect this week. 

I'm going leaving for vacation next Sunday, and it's a six hour drive to where we're going, so I'm trying to talk the Mrs. into leaving as early as possible so I can catch as much of the last day as possible.
