I have an Xbox, for less than a year and a 5 year old, and the left bumper is broken on his controller, so I don't know how much sturdier it actually is.

I just checked out the video. It looked pretty awesome. Felt like the Arkham series but in Spiderman world. I hope we see more video game Superhero series in this vein.

So...I got the PS4. It'll be here Wednesday. 

A lot of it had to do with the PS4 exclusives. I'm really interested in No Mans Sky, and that Spiderman game Srar mentioned looks so fucking cool. I bought Fallout 4 and Rockband 4 for my wife. 

I have to admit though, the X-Box was hard to pass due to price. They have a 1TB Bundle that comes with Tomb Raider for 273.99 right now, probably the best deal I saw on amazon. 

So, 500GB, if I'm not fucking with movies, how far can that stretch? That hard drive switch seems a bit intimidating, though I've done similar stuff on computers so it shouldn't be that bad.

Fine. Rock Band might take up a bit with your song selection, but I generally have around 10 games installed at any one time with plenty of space to spare.

Do you like digital games? Because if you do then honestly 500gigs isn't that much. I much prefer to have the hard copies so I don't think I'd touch 500gigs to be honest.

I'll be going hard copies the whole way I'd imagine. 

I don't know if this is the case for everything, but looking at the Batman Arkham game, the disc was 20, the digital copy was 60. Seems a no brainer.

I tend to mix digital and hard copy, but even hard copies have large installations these days anyway.

I have several digital copies that I've gotten in sales. I got Lord of the Rings, Dragon Age, and something else for like $12 in the last major sale. You just install them whenever you're ready to play them and uninstall when you beat it. I have probably four digital games and eight or nine hard copies installed right now and still have room for another game or two.

Well the PS Store in general has sales a lot of the time.  Just sometimes they'll offer a higher discount to PS+ members...like it'll say 60% off (75% PS+).  Other times there are sales that are exclusive to PS+ members, like this one going on until tomorrow night
