Hungary did a decent enough job, stood out due to a different genre completely and I enjoyed the song.

I'm a metal guy. It spoke more to what I'm interested in to be fair.

But we aren't exactly going to get top quality metal at Eurovision. It was decent, it stood out, the crowd enjoyed it, it was metal distilled for the masses. It will probably now do shit, but it wasn't a bad shout from @Katsuya

That's fair. I think anything metal struggles to live up to the lofty standard set by Lordi all those years ago still.

The more I see it, the more Lordi was a blah performance that won due to gimmickry and prior support as much as anything.

Not that I'm complaining. I won £100 because of it.
