They do offer a whopping 9 real life courses before you have to pay for more via DLC, mind...

This is why I'm glad Golf Club got a retail release. Maybe when people go to buy their PGA Glow-in-the-Dark Golf this year, they'll see Golf Club sitting next to it and pick it up instead.

One of their features this year is fantasy levels. They have one with whacky geometry and one based off a Battlefield level.

I know TGC doesn't offer official courses, but whether they're official or not, 60,000+ trumps 9 any day. There's been at least 20 official recreations on TGC that look amazing anyway, including Augusta, which isn't in the PGA game this year.

I would just love a proper career mode in TGC. I'm a sucker for them in sports games.

I was going to suggest we all make a course or two each so we could have our own tour.

Tbf, I would never be able to do the course designer justice. There's no way I could create anything that comes close to what's already available.

Well then we all could pick three or four of our favorite courses and we can randomize a schedule for us all to follow.

I'd love to try the course creator at some point when I have a bit of time. I opened it up one time just to mess around with it and it was crazy intimidating.

It is. There's so much that goes into creating them. People spend weeks, sometimes months making just one course. Every little detail, every plant on the course can be manually done.

Call me crazy, but I have not yet seen the option for the DLC. North Americans getting that later or is it just on the PSN and I am blind?

When you're on the game's main menu, it's on the left titled "Seasons". That'll take you right to it in the PSN store.

I'll likely try the Q-School stuff next month, as I think they reset the courses for it shortly.

It'll still be the same courses to play, but you'd need to get all 6 rounds in by July 1st if you tried the June one, so it's probably wise.

Can I just submit scores of rounds that I already played or do I need to do something special? Because like hell do I want to even try Son Gual again.

Are you playing it through the proper Q School, or via play round?

It needs to be done via Q School which can be found in Tours.
