I'm starting to get concerned that we're a couple of months away from the North American PS4 release, we've seen the cover art, seen details of the collector's edition and so on, and still don't seem to have confirmation of a European release?

Wiki lists the August release date as "worldwide", but every article I've seen on it refers to it as a North American release, and it's still not up for pre-order on Amazon or Game.

Seriously though, do you have any brick and mortar shops you go to maybe? If so give them a call, they should be able to look into it for you.

You could always buy it from the American PS Store if needs be, unless you're looking for a physical version.

It's easy. This guide has all you need to know. Strictly speaking, it's against Sony's terms and conditions, but the fact that it's been such a common practice for years suggests that they aren't bothered. Shuhei Yoshida himself admitted to having accounts in three different regions.
