  2. The first time I saw "The Matrix" in the theaters. Went with two of my friends to a mall and we had time to kill so we saw it not knowing what it was just that it had Johnny Mnemonic in it. Walked out and I was really speechless. True it's lost it's "wow" factor now but those 15 minutes after the movie I was stunned.
  3. It won't be DS9. Read an interview with Berman where he said flat out it wouldn't be TNG, DS9, Voyager, or Enterprise. So there. I hated the last two Star Trek movies. Insurrection and Nemesis were really bad. Insurrection was just awful.
  4. For starters Jessica Alba as Susan Storm. And also it's from the directer of Barbershop 1&2 and Taxi, not exactly superhero making material. I suppose a case could be made for bringing in a different vision but...um...did the studio miss Taxi?
  5. Link Well I originally hated everything about the idea of this movie but this is a really good put together teaser and kinda of has gotten me excited. Plus it has a Perfect Circle song on there.
  6. Wait I don't get how you can put everything that you don't like into Nu-Metal. I have friends who like bands like Cannibal Corpse and Soylent Green who also like Mudvayne and call them metal just the same.
  7. K-9 cop had a happy ending. It was Turner & Hooch where the freakin dog dies at the end! What's up with that?
  8. I'm so picking this album up the day it comes out. I might listen to the Mudvayne CD first, i love the first CD but i just couldn't get into the second.
  9. The end of "Donnie Darko", the last third of Million Dollar Baby, twice during "Requiem for a Dream" once for when Jared Leto's character is calling Jennifer Connelly's character from jail and then I cried again during the ending montage (damn that music get's me every time). "Dancer in the Dark" has one of the most emotional endings I think ever. But none can fully hold up to the sadness which is "The Plague Dogs". Such a heart-wrenching movie with an ending that leaves you emotionally drained. EDIT: I forgot....I dare any "manly man" to sit through the japanese animated film "Grave of Fireflies" without a box of tissues.
  10. SOAD = One of the smartest bands out there right now. That song was really good, i can't wait for the album. Radiohead has a new album this year also. Now if only NIN will release the new album, i'll have a great year.
  11. Walking Tall beat out The Bourne Supremacy, Friday Night Lights, and Garden State? WTF? Seriously this list is so crap.
  12. I lost interest when Garden State was beaten by Club Dread. Who the hell voted for this crap?
  13. Yeah it was funny. but I gotta admit the demetri martin stand-up had me laughing my ass off.

    TILT

It was ok. The poker scenes were good but the rest was just kind of flat.
