  1. Glad to see Mac make it on the list. I was sure only Charlie would make it on the list. That's if he did, in fact, make it on there. Loved Michael Scofield in the first two seasons of Prison Break, and that's all I've seen. Haven't found the time to watch the rest, although I'd love to. George Michael and Chuck are two I definitely like a lot, yet I don't think I voted for either.
  2. Started a new franchise last night as the White Sox and did a fantasy draft. Home opener against the Indians wasn't going too well. Sabathia gave up four runs and Shouse gave up one. It was 5-2 in the bottom of the ninth when what do you know - Carlos Pena hits a solo shot. Then Ichiro hits one. Then Chris Coghlan hits one. Holy shit. Back-to-back-to-back homers to tie the game, which we then went on to win in the bottom of the tenth. So much fun.
  3. The only three I've ever really seen are Peggy, Elliot, and Sue. I love that they're all on there, even if I think Peggy should be a little higher. I could probably do without Elliot. As others have said, she got terribly annoying after the first few seasons. I was sick of JD and Elliot's off and on relationship. But that's alright, any Scrubs love is okay with me. The IT Crowd and True Blood are two shows I've been meaning to check out, as well as Bones.

  6. Got back from camp the other day - catching up on WWE episode by episode... it's been a lot of fun so far.

    1. DJ Ice

      DJ Ice

Wait until you reach the 900th episode. *GONG*

  7. Just finished my tenth year in a WWE game on EWR - longest game I've ever played!

  8. The only thing I don't understand about Tyson's decision was that he didn't NEED to change his vote. If Russel actually did vote Parvarti, they would have had enough votes to get rid of her, regardless of Tyson's vote. To be honest, I don't really care if it is rigged. That was my favorite episode of Survivor in recent memory.
  9. I'm so addicted to Road To The Show - since I picked up the game, I've done nothing but play it. I play at least the last game of every series. I got drafted by Tampa Bay and played in their AA for about half a season before being shipped off to Detroit. It took me another two and a half years before I got called up to the main roster. I struggled to hit well in my first two years, but I eventually started to pick it up. After my third year with Detroit, I chose not to re-sign and headed over to Boston. I really started to play well in Boston, earning a two Silver Sluggers, two AL MVPs, and three Hank Aaron Awards. In my third year there, I even won Playoff MVP after we won the World Series. I signed with the Phillies once my six year Red Sox contract was up. In the four years I played in Philly, I won the Silver Slugger, 2B Golden Glove, and the Hank Aaron Award every year, took home the MVP title twice, and made it to the Playoffs every year. Unfortunately, we lost in the AL Division Finals two years and lost in the World Series the other two. I went back to Boston after my Phillie contract was up, but was traded right before the All-Star break. I now play for the Chicago Cubs, (who are currently a game behind the Astros). I'm hoping I can lead the Cubs to the World Series, which they still haven't won in 2027.
  10. Boy Meets World. The group heads to Mr. Feeney's class and they each say goodbye. Then they leave, and Feeney says "I love you all. Class dismissed." So sad.
  11. Wow. What an amazing Tribal. I'm loving JT more and more every week.
  12. This. A million times. Maxx, did you ever catch Frisky Dingo?
  13. Nobody could have picked a better kid to win that thing. His story is amazing. What a night!
  14. I'm such a sucker for Survivor. Haven't missed a season. I loved Russel last season, although I'll admit I was a sucker for Bret. As of right now, I don't have a favorite. I'll give it a few weeks before I make a decision.
  15. Also who the hell was the lead actor in Inglorious Basterds if it wasn't Brad Pitt?
  16. Again, are you fucking serious? I don't want to come off as being a cunt, which I kind of am, but still - Transformers and Wolverine? Both films were pretty much complete trash. And I liked Wolverine! It doesn't need to be an artsy film, but it needs to be a few steps above Michael Bay and one of the bigger disappointments of 2009. Of the top of my head I can name like 10 films that should be placed above those (though still not really be nominated...), Watchmen, Star Trek, The Soloist, Drag Me To Hell, The Hurt Locker, Public Enemies, District 9 (which I didn't like at all), Sherlock Holmes, The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, The Road... It's already nominated.
  17. Yeah. I have to agree with GA. None of the words really surprise me that they're on there, even if I didn't exactly get all of them.
  18. Moon - 9/10. What a great film. A really neat concept that really shines as an example of why I love Sam Rockwell. I want my own Gerty system.
  19. QFE. While it wasn't my favorite movie of all time, I'm definitely glad I went to see it in theaters. I really liked the first two hours, but wasn't that drawn into the last hour, other than the epic battle scene. My friend didn't like it and said, "It's funny, the whole hype is about the new technology, but that's about the only thing new. Everything else is from the 80's." You can't really complain though considering Cameron's had this idea for quite a few years now, or so I think I read. Anyway, I recommend seeing it if you're torn. As Quasi said, it's the most beautiful thing I've ever seen in the cinema.
  20. My dad's gonna be so sad. He watches Coronation Street every Sunday while making breakfast for the entire family.
  21. While I liked the first two episodes, all my favorite moments came from the original cast. I don't seem to dislike the new interns as much as everyone else does, but I don't really expect much from this show, especially when the original cast starts to fade out. I'm a little disappointed that the show continued, especially after how much I loved the series finale. And while I loved The Janitor's exit, I'm kind of hoping he makes a few appearances. He's my second favorite character (behind JD), and he's always hilarious.
  22. What a magnificent episode. The entire thing with Trinity, Dexter, and the kid was done really well. When I heard Lithgow was going to be in the fourth season, I was very excited. Needless to say, he's lived up to my expectations. And I don't think I've looked forward a next episode as much as this. The next two episodes look like they are going to absolutely terrific. Looking forward to it. I wasn't a huge fan of last season, but this season might just surpass season one and two in terms of my favorite.
  23. The last episode was great. The songs were my two of my favorite of the entire series so far except for "Don't Stop Believing" and "Somebody To Love". And you can't help but root for Emma to win over Will. And they do a great job of making you hate Terri. Overall, an excellent show that I look forward to each week.
