One thing that I don't really like about the game thus far is the tremolo system. It's quite fun to mash the bar as fast as possible, but it's a little silly the sound it produces sometimes - especially when the note's waahed anyway. It would be nice to see some kind of system in GH3 where you're responsible for getting exactly the right sound from the note, though I'm not sure how easy that'd be.

I have it inward, and it never leaves my hand on most songs. My mate plays such that he only grabs it when he wants to waah-waah, but he's shit. Are you guys shit or me-like?

I played on a modded original X-Box and it was cool because it provided an operating system and the ability to store films etc. on the hard drive. If the only advantages of modding the 360 are cheaper games and cheats, I'm less excited Though, saying that, being able to stream avi files would be quite nice.

Also, the idea of 'Guitar Hero 1 costs $100' is flawed, because they're selling such smaller packs. It's like saying that, because a can of Coke costs $1 (for simplicity), a case of 6 of those 2L bottles costs $36. If they're giving you the option of only picking the songs you want to buy, they need to extract more profit.

I'd still go nuts for System Shock 3. I haven't really been keeping track of the development of BioShock, but as much as I'm excited by it, I'd kill to play through the resolution of the SS series.

Ah, great episode. The talk of the box was confuddling, but it was a nice balance of flashback and island, and the flashback seemed to have events of significance for once. It only took minutes of the episode to restore Locke to his best (though he was mostly there last episode.) Fuck DHARMA, fuck Jacob and Russeau, If Lost becomes the Locke/Ben show, I will be completely happy.

The song's OK, apart from being pretty bland instrumentally. I want to get annoyed by her voice, but I don't quite. I can imagine liking it a lot more in a song which isn't entirely devoid of personality apart from it. Also, Radio 1 has made me hate music.
