So pissed off and upset with myself. Have been dealing with my anxiety and panic attacks for well, been coming off my medication and today in work I have a massive anxiety attack
Haven't had one in about 2/3 months till today -
I had one the other day at work. Worked through it. Keep it real DM. You will be alright!
