IT ALL MAKES SENSE NOW! I'm considering getting this game, but I'm not a huge fan of shooters. Does someone have an objective list of pros and cons?

If you've got the money, go for the Elite, because of the HDD. You don't really need that much space, but it's nice to have, instead of needing it later and having to spend $200 extra. I think it comes with a free month of Gold on LIVE, as well... With LIVE, it's a matter of how long you want a Gold membership. Silver is free, but you can't play online with it. Australian GAME are doing a 12-month deal for $99...

Or there's the katana+fish combo... 3 or 4 hits kill most bosses...

Yeah, I know, but with my combat tactics, I don't need good skills...

I tend to take Alchemy as one of my main skills, if only because you can duplicate all the ingredients and just spam the potion making... Then when you sleep, you gain about 13 levels because you got a Master's level...

A little trick you can use is to sneak while someone is on the opposite side of a wall to you. They can't see you, and it counts towards your experience... I'd be careful about running while sneaking, because you may walk over a terrain that gives away your footsteps...

Firstly, Darkrai's in both games, but you need to go to a Nintendo event to get the item to trigger his appearance. Secondly, Dialga controls time, and Palkia controls space. I think Darkrai is involved with nightmares/dreams. As for which version to get, perhaps it's worth taking a look at what version exclusive Pokemon there are, I mean, my brother only chose Diamond over Pearl because you can't catch wild Aron in Pearl...

I'll add to the HammerFall love by suggesting Templars Of Steel, Natural High, and Last Man Standing. I doubly recommend Natural High.

IIRC, It's the Mage's Guild of Bravil. If you haven't got enough Illusion skill to use it, make a "training spell" at the University. Something like Light for 1 second, 1 foot. Basically, a spell to spam and increase your skill... EDIT: Yep, Bravil Mage's Guild basement around 7am. Talk to Ita Reinus. Chameleon is also a Journeyman level spell...

Default Armour + Chameleon spell + Mages' Guild = 100% Camouflage Or, if you have it, the Wizard's Tower DLC

I've finished the game, but I still play it from time to time. One thing I've noticed though: nothing beats the sheer awesomeness of a full set of invisible armour and a warhammer juiced up to the maximum.

Favourite Bosses: FF6 - Ghost Train, if only for the sight of Sabin giving it a suplex. FF7 - Bizzaro Sephiroth, though Palmer gets an honourable mention for running in from of a truck. FF8 - Biggs And Wedge FF9 - Ozma, because nothing says "RAWR! BIG, BAD, ENTIRELY OPTIONAL BOSS" like a floating beach ball. FFX - Braska's Final Aeon Overall, I'd have to give it to Braska's Final Aeon.

Perhaps it's just me, but I'd have preferred one "Final Fantasy" world, as opposed to all the FF characters adopting Hollow Bastion. I'll admit, I was drawn in by the "SQUARESOFT" tag on the front, and nothing else. After playing though, I'm glad I was. The battle style makes for a refreshing change from FF's turn-based system. Though I marked out mildly throughout the game, they were nothing compared to the appearance of the Chernabog, with an accompanying mix of "Night On Bald Mountain". Played CoM, but only to get the story. I played it on an emulator with all the cheats I could find. The style of game didn't really feel right to me, so I was far less interested in it. If it didn't have some of the story in it, I wouldn't have played it at all... With KH2, Axel could do no wrong in my eyes. I also loved every minute of Pirate World. Also, Xemnas = Mansex
