Ok, EWB video game geeks. I'm trying to remember a PS2 game. My friend had it, and at the time, I thought it was very cool. It's probably aged terribly, but I'm at least trying to find out the name of it. In the game, you die. But you go to some dark room and some woman-type thing gives you a chance to go back to when you died and avoid death. Once you avoid death, you go to another "scene" and die there. And once again, you go back and re-play the scene, attempting to avoid the same fate. Sorry, that's all the info I remember. He had it and I saw him play it for thirty minutes, and never got to see how it ended. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Help me, EWB; you're my only hope.

I enjoyed Oblivion, but I got it years after it came out, so I wasn't all that hyped. Reading this thread, I kind of want to hop on the bandwagon and get this. Maybe I'll wait until Christmas, but still. Damn.

I think baseball is just going through a down spell. The sport has done it quite a few times, and it always comes back. It's not the hip thing right now, but it'll come back. Hopefully the next time it reaches it's popularity height, it won't be because of steroids. Other than that, there isn't really much you can do. Like Beatnik said, it's not a one-off game, so the only people who are going to be hardcore invested in it are the fans of the team. I'll be surprised if I watch even a full game of the World Series this year. It's not that I've lost interest in the sport, it's that I just couldn't give a hoot about the Cards or Rangers.

Boller has had chances time and time again. Christ, all he had to do when he was in Baltimore was not turn the ball over every time he touched it. My mother could have quarterbacked that team with that defense.
