Mr. Anderson comes running out and hits the hooker in the back of the head. The hooker runs for cover as they brawl all around the ring, and out to ringside.

      I always wondered about that - I assumed for years that "Wally" came first, and "Waldo" was the Americanisation, but the villain being "Odlaw" would suggest "Waldo" was correct. And now I know. I also now know that in Norway, he's called "Willy". Which is hilarious.
