Superman Returns has a higher critical rating than MOS at the moment. There is something very worrying and wrong about that.

It looks terrible, like whoever made it just got into the 90s phase of "make it all really dark and broody".

It seems to be in the unfortunate position of being the breaking point for people who are tired of superheroes who need to fight through 'issues' as well as villains.
