  1. I rarely give my Pokemon nicknames, I'm stumped when it comes to nicknames. Usually I just shorten it or add some really dumb name like 'XXX Maniak' or something
  2. I've never owned a console. Sometimes I do wish I own one, but the PS3 isn't one of them, not since I stopped playing wrestling games. If I could choose I'd take the fucking PS2 over this for now, until the damn price goes down.
  3. Yngwie Malmsteen's done a few I think. And there's a passage in Necrophagist's 'Only Ash Remains' at the end where they cover some classical piece. I can't remember the name, but I swear I've heard it done 'classically'. EDIT: The end of Only Ash Remains has part of the Romeo & Juliet ballet in it, by Prokofieve. Now I remember where I heard that from.
  4. 1. Neil Gaiman and Terry Pratchett - Good Omens 2. Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy - Douglas Adams (all 5 books count as one for the purpose of this. There IS a book which have all five books in it) 3. Catch-22 - Joseph Heller 4. Cell - Stephen King (one of the few King books I've actually completed) 5. 'Salem's Lot - Stephen King I dont read enough good books to have 10 books in my list. I'd add The Stand and Battle Royale, but I have to actually read them first
  5. The Game, of course. Who doesn't like that song? TIME TO PLAY THE GAME! MWAHAHAHAHA
  6. The Project Hate MCMXCIX - Armageddon March Eternal The Project Hate MCMXCIX - Hate, Dominate, Congregate, Eliminate Yeah, so TPH is some sort of prog-techno-symphonic-metal band. Typical song length is about 7 minutes or more, but so much happens in them that you'll think it last 3. And the female vocals are good too...at least I like them. Okay, others... Strapping Young Lad - The New Black And I'll echo someone else and suggest Between The Buried And Me And I'll echo most of Bushmeister's suggestions that aren't stoner. And that's all I can think of now.
  7. Oops, forgot Come(Whatever) May too. That one's really good alternative rock, but I still like Suffocation better, for the plain fact that Frank Mullen growls 'YOU ARE SO BEAUTIFUL' in one of the songs
  8. I guess it'd be the Resident Evil 2 and Freddy vs. Jason OST's. They introduced me to a shitload of stuff outside of the Linkin Park/Papa Roach spectrum. I still credit 11th Hour by Lamb Of God as one of my favourite songs, and it can be found on the Freddy vs. Jason OST. Errr...the only other compilation albums I have are the ones I burn myself.
  9. I haven't got many albums from this year. Only four so far - Kill by Cannibal Corpse, Come Clarity by In Flames, The Crusade by Trivium and the Suffocation s/t. I like them all. Kill isn't exactly CC's best album, but it's up there. Come Clarity is miles better than anything In Flames had done for the past four years. The Crusade is a disappointment. I expected alot more than a Metallica rip-off, judging from the material from Ascendancy. And Suffocation's new album just kills all the other albums I have. Album of the Year it is - for me, at least.
  10. None. I'm not one for downloading old-skool albums.
  11. I've done something similiar, except they were questions of a different nature. Anyway, here goes: Opening Credits: Marduk - Throne Of Rats (Good intro, so it'll probably work) Waking Up: Chimaira - Nothing Remains (Waking up to nothing...) First Day At School: Slipknot - Spit It Out (That glue tastes funny) Falling In Love: The Berzerker - Massacre Fight Song: Suffocation - Bind Torture Kill (No comment) Breaking Up: Devourment - Anal Electrocution (Obviously the girl didn't dig the jumper cables up her ass...) Prom: Stabwound - Disgorging Pieces Of Broken Glass (Fags all jealous of me) Life's OK: Deicide - The Lord's Sedition (No comment) Mental Breakdown: Roadrunner United - Dawn Of A Golden Age Driving: Gorerotted - Only Tools And Corpses (I swear I haven't got anything in that trunk...only tools and corpses) Flashback: Slipknot - Opium Of The People Wedding: Gorgasm - Post Coital Truncation (I have NO idea what it means) Getting Back Together: Trivium - The Deceived (we get back together by deceiving? Who deceived who?) Paradise lost : Bloodbath - Eaten Birth of Child: Deicide - Scars Of The Crucifix (SECOND COMING FTW~!) Final Battle: Lamb Of God - 11th Hour (Yes, final battles are at the 11th hour) Death Scene: Gorgasm - Lesbian Stool Orgy (Odd way to go...but I'll take it) Funeral Scene: Strapping Young Lad - You Suck (That's just sad...I sucked) End Credits: Cannibal Corpse - Maniacal I think I have way too many Gorgasm songs in my playlist.
  12. 3 songs to chill out to. Dan Swano - Uncreation Between The Buried And Me - Selkies: The Endless Obsession Edge Of Sanity - Crimson Don't think this song can fit in a CD with all those other songs though... 3 songs to get hyper and happy to. Iron Maiden - Brighter Than A Thousand Suns Marduk - Of Hell's Fire Lamb Of God - Redneck 3 songs to psyche yourself up into an aggressive, angry or intense brooding state. Strapping Young Lad - Shitstorm Marduk - Baptism By Fire Chimaira - Nothing Remains 3 songs to play while walking the streets to 'feel superior' to those around you. This is going to be hard... Hate Eternal - I, Monarch Abysmal Torment - Epoch Of Methodic Carnage Suffocation - Immortally Condemned
  13. Actually, Australia are now in the AFC...they've left the Solomon Islands and the other shite Oceania teams to fight among themselves. This means that we'll never see another Oceania team reach the World Cup for another hundred years.
  14. Yeah, I had the same thought too when I read the manga. I was thinking, 'Alright, it's just getting fucking boring now' at around the halfway point and never read it again. There are 37 episodes for the anime, so I'm not too sure how it'll turn out.
  15. Death Note, I guess? It's now only at episode 2, but the manga's already finished. It's just a chance to see the manga in real-time.
  16. Yeah, I'd like to know where I can find this 'HOF' too
  17. Interesting. I think I shall give this a look, since I've been looking for epic songs lately.
  18. The Berzerker - World Of Lies 8.5/10
  19. I'd say bands like An Albartross are definitely not for everyone. Some people (like me ) do like them. The keyboards are good, and I'm used to all that screaming anyway, from listening to bands like The Locust (which are ten times 'worse' than An Albatross).
  20. In the past, I couldn't get albums, so I downloaded individual tracks. Now I can though, but I only do it for really good albums (albums which every song I like). Not many albums on my mp3 player though, although I've burned a lot more on CD. I have a lot more individual songs on my mp3 player, but my shuffle function sucks, so usually I just shuffle within a folder.
  21. Eh, didn't like Samurai Jack or that Star Wars thing. As I said, I'm not a fantasy guy, which is why I've never watched any Star Wars movie, or Lord Of The Rings, or anything related to fantasy.
  22. I rarely watch horror because most of them are above my age. Fuck censors. Trying to get uncensored versions of those movies are also extremely hard. All the F13 movies have heavily censored parts, making it worthless without the violence. In short, fuck Singapore.
