Ok here is the senrio thing is srink down to the size of a red blood cell using the atoms shrinking tech and placed inside supermans blood stream. Theoretically, Hank Pym can make it so that the Pym Particles he uses on Thing wear off after a brief time, causing Thing to make Superman effectively explode from the pressure.
Or, you know, if Thing can be injected into Superman's bloodstream so easily, why not just inject him with liquified Kryptonite?
Also, everyone knows Superman's real name is Kal-El.
