  1. I Care! Anyway, decent final 5. Have't really heard Iron Maidens stuff and maybe the last two should swap places. But there's nothing to complain about. Maybe I should vote next year.
  2. Daws. I'm free any day from 4 till 9 GMT. Are in the UK too?
  3. Tons of Magazines have released previews of the game. With some new info/observations.
  4. Am I the only one here who isn't really that big on The Smiths?
  5. Yes QOTSA made it in! Didn't really Like Kanye until 'Twisted Fantasy' came out. That was a great album Haven't heard of Tom Waits Green Day and Fall Out Boy are really meh to me.
  6. I'm all for a delay for South Park if it makes a better game. I'm so hyped for it.
  7. Yeah I can't wait to play this on my PS3... OH WAIT!
  8. Like Soundgarden. Only listened to Jack White in the Stripes and Raconteurs. Haven't heard of Gambino and Lucksmiths. Not a Fan of Paramore. Love Springsteen.
  9. There are more screenies too. These are from a photo viewer that comes with a pre-order of the game
  10. OK. Thats around 7pm GMT I think. I'm game.
  11. (Not really calling you yourself out for this post, more for the thought that tends to stem from this attitude.) Man, I hate this attitude so much. You see it a lot with Star Wars fans -- the fact that Lucas had the gall to make new Star Wars movies ruins their childhood. No. Someone making new movies based on a thing you like does not invalidate your childhood. They are helping make someone else's. Quom (I think) said it best, these are movies for kids. If adults can find something they like in it too, awesome, it did better than it had to. But I also have spoken to a lot of kids who really like the prequels because that's the Star Wars that they grew up on. And, in a few years there will be a new batch and that's awesome for those kids. What? Were did I say my childhood was ruined by this? I just said I would be disappointed because nothing can live to my ridiculous expectations because I adored the films as a child. I know you were not calling me out personally, but still,. ;(
  12. I think the problem about episode VII is the impact the Movies had on my childhood. They were my childhood. I even adored the prequels. And I know no matter how good the rest are, I will inevitably end up disappointing. But hey, maybe you guys are right. Maybe I should remain optimistic.
  13. Oh yes, there better be a Kingdom Hearts deal in this.
  14. Time to break out the GIF again.
  15. This quote intrigues me quite a lot. But a lack of a PC version makes sad. Guess we will get more info when Game Informer does their GTA V cover issue on November 8th
  16. Love Miles Davis and Pink Floyd (Art School Wankery?). Haven't really listened to Talking Heads. Hate the rest.
  17. Tyler. I'm likely free all next week because of Half Term Holidays. What time is good for you?
  18. Straight away Interpol's debut Turn on the Bright Lights comes to mind. With the mellow opener "Untitled" The Punkesque "Obstacle 1" and the emotional "NYC". It sets up the rest of the Album perfectly.
  19. I don't care what people say. In Rainbows is by far Radiohead's best album and nothing else comes close. One of the best albums I've listened to.
