FINALLY seen the Dragons win a game, in a derby match against the Ospreys no less. Absolutely wild game, both teams were reduced to 13-men at times. Ended up being settled by a brace from newly called up Welsh winger Rio Dyer. I don't particularly like the Wales squad for the Autumn internationals but I am a big fan of this call up.

I mean there is an element of that. But also abandoning a useless 4-3-3 formation and actually starting Ings, Buendia, and Bailey together for the first time since spending £83m on them has to help. In this situation, it is also very, very funny.

I think you are right in terms of professionalism. But, the optics of it may not look great, and you’ll have a hard time convincing a stadium full of fans that there isn’t some kind of agenda at play if a decision is made by a referee who supports a team, which benefits that team. God knows you can barely convince some fans that there isn’t a grand conspiracy now, as is. Seems like something which is more hassle than it is worth.
