  1. 10 on Bet 1 Stoke vs. Man Utd - Stoke 13/2, Draw 100/30, Man Utd 1/3 10 on Bet 4 Five or more home wins on Boxing Day - 5/2 Doubler Middlesbrough 0 - 0 Everton And I'm in this week.
  2. Question: how do you handle the problem of sub keepers, especially when you're a big team? I just left Real Madrid, where I had Kameni as sub keeper (he came on a free, I think) but he got pissed off after about 3 games when it became clear I wasn't going to play him much. I'm now at Inter, and I need to find a keeper who's willing to sit on the bench, but also good enough to play cup games and the odd Serie A/Champions League game without letting in a ton of goals. I don't have any young keepers who are any good, and there doesn't seem to be anyone available on a free who fits the criteria. I don't have a huge budget, so I don't want to spend £5m on a keeper who will barely play a game.
  3. 10 on Bet 1 Blackburn 10/11 10 on Bet 2 Bolton 11/10 Doubler Hull 2 - 0 Sunderland
  4. 10 on Man City 13/8 10 on Liverpool 4/6 Doubler Newcastle 2 - 1 Stoke Yes, Heads
  5. 10 on the Boro. 10 on the Arsenal.
  6. I have a £100 free bet with Bluesq.com thanks to the Guardian, any tips? I don't want to throw it away on a long shot in the hope of making some serious money, but I also don't want to put it on a sure thing and end up with just a tenner.
  7. The first few episodes of season 2 were every bit as good as season 1. Yet another Bryan Fuller show gets canned prematurely.
  8. 10 on Bet 1 Middlesbrough vs. Bolton - Middlesbrough 4/6, Draw 9/4, Bolton 11/4 5 on Bet 2 Portsmouth vs. Hull - Portsmouth 4/5, Draw 9/4, Hull 3/1 5 on Bet 3 Stoke vs. West Brom - Stoke 11/10, Draw 9/4, West Brom 2/1 Doubler Aston Villa 1 - 2 Man Utd
  9. Season 2 is only worth watching for Kristen Bell, and season 3 is a bit of a mess.
  10. 10 on a Portsmouth win 10 on Bet 4 Doubler Blackburn 2-1 Sunderland
  11. I was talking about the first one, I haven't seen the second.
  12. There's a sequel too, called "Zeitgeist II: Addendum". The Jesus stuff is alright, but it includes a lot of paranoid conspiracy bollocks as well.
  13. 10 on a United win. Arsenal 0 - 2 United
  14. Liverpool have had a lot of luck already this season, and their starting XI is worse than Chelsea or United's, and they don't have anywhere near the same level of depth as those two.
  15. Royce/Budden/Ortiz/I > HRSMN > Child Rebel Soldier > The Firm > * > the Pharrell/Nelly/Akon/T-Pain supergroup
  16. The producer character is obviously the mouthpiece for Brooker's disdain for Big Brother, and at the same time an example of his disdain for the arrogant, selfish dicks who work behind the scenes.
  17. I hope they give Adam and Joe Brand's Radio 2 slot.
  18. Of course not. Most of the outrage comes from people who just don't like Brand and Ross, and are hoping this might get rid of them.
  19. Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz, Crooked I and Royce da 5'9" are forming a supergroup. Personally, I'm excited.
  20. 20 credits on a Blackburn win. Stoke 0 - 2 Arsenal
  21. Makosi I believe. "My body was born in Africa..."
  22. You can tell Brooker watches too much TV, because those are scarily accurate Big Brother contestants. I'm not a horror fan, but that was great.
  23. Well they only ever seem to appoint English managers, and there aren't too many to go around.
  24. John Terry's managerial career: He played for Bristol City between 2015 and 2017 when he quit to take the QPR job. Lasted 9 months before moving to Derby where he spent 5 months. Moved to Charlton and spent 4 years there before joining Cardiff. Left to take the Chelsea hot seat after 3 years, but lasted less than a year. He spent even less time in his next job at Wigan before joining Arsenal. Left Arsenal after a year and a half to take the Lyon job. After Lyon he spent a year in charge of Sporting before returning to English football. He lasted just 100 days at Tottenham before he took his current job as Porstmouth manager. They won the FA Cup in 2033 and went on to beat Portsmouth in the Charity Shield. They also won the Intertoto Cup in 2034. Internationally, England won the European Football Championships in 2020 (under manager Stuart Pearce) and again in 2032 (managed by current manager Adrian Boothroyd). They also won the FIFA World Cup in 2018 (managed by Paul Ince, who was sacked the very same day), 2022 (still managed by Stuart Pearce) and 2030 (also under Adrian Boothroyd). Wayne Rooney is the all-time top goalscorer with 67 goals, guess who's manager of the U21 squad? If you said John Terry, you're capable of identifying an obvious pattern.
