Carvalho Arena was the last one I had. He was also manager of Preston at the time.

Finally getting his Champions League moment.

Quirk for the sake of quirk. I watched Greenberg the other night and felt it was just trying super hard to be a cool indie movie. Music snob, check. Main character with mental issues, check. Drugs, check. Falls for the "quirky" girl, check. The story itself was average at best, but with them doing all this to meet some indie criteria, it became almost unwatchable. Also I think New Girl is terrible at trying far too hard to be quirky. This is before mentioning how bad Series 3 was.

Everyone else's loading ok? Keep getting a connection error. Hopefully get a bunch of donuts though like last time this happened..

And Adam Jennings needs to learn to play along.

RAW MEAT RADIO - 3 Hour, Radio 4 Extra, tribute to the genius that is Chris Morris. A must listen.. http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/b04sp5pq

That pops up every few years. There's activity for 1-2 weeks, and then everyone forgets about it again. Nostalgic wrestling fans.. who woulda thought it.

I must've been on the original forum in some form as I've since received emails about a new forum and update. So I think there might already be one out there.

Joe Hart remind anyone else of Dolph Ziggler? -
Mohsni against Celtic? Must watch TV.

So Tevez just shot directly from kick off in the Sassuolo vs Juventus match. It's going to be one of those games..

Koeman is fantastic. He is what Alex McLeish would look like if Big Eck did start heavy drinking at 13 years old.. -
Chris Coleman is half cut all the time, he'll call up anyone and hope they don't withdraw from the squad. Maybe I'm wrong, but that seems to happen more for Wales than anyone else.
-
I read that as him saying he wants him and now it's up to the board. There would be no reason for the board to re-sign him if Clough didn't want to play him.
-
So I'll be the first to make the comparison between Nigel Clough and his Dad here, would Brian Clough play a convicted rapist? I can see this being a critism put at Nigel if it happens.

Woops, didn't see this thread. All results are ruined by qualifying being pretty much gaurenteed for most teams semi decent teams. Scotland's group is pretty much the only interesting one.

Only the 3 goals tonight for Giorgio Chiellini. 2 for Italy and 1 for Azerbaijan. Far too close of a game, relying too much on Pirlo (who made his return tonight). Sometimes it's a blessing when he's not there. Other players need to step up and stop just looking for him.

I'm sure France & Newcastle fans would rather see Boumsong. -
So Spain were just beaten by Slovakia. First qualifying defeat in 37 games (I think?) and it was from a manager wearing jeans. Football eh!

I thought that was great, tbh. -
I've seen this Mulaney guy promoted non stop for months now, but can't say I've ever really seen any of his work. The Seinfeld ripoff can work, I watched Josh Widdicombe's pilot, Josh. Thought it was brilliant. Great performances by Jack Dee & Elis James. Very British feeling Seinfeld. It's been picked up by the BBC for a series now.

If only Juventus showed this sort of bottle in the Champions League..

But West Ham? He must love London girls or something. But enough of my career advise, I'm going to watch Juventus vs Roma, which I totally forgot had started. -

Why is Alex Song at West Ham. Can't say I watched a lot of Barcelona, but always rated him at Arsenal. He seems to be doing OK as-well, surely a bigger team would've wanted him? -
I've now got Domenico Berardi up front and he's unstoppable. 23 Prem goals in 36 Games, 16 assists and helped my Blackpool team finish 7th (Media prediction 12th, 2nd season in the prem) Got him for £7Million, club record fee, when he was at Benfica but couldn't break into the first team. Took him 6 months to settle (just finished my 2nd season with him) but after that he's been fantastic. Got Juventus, Newcastle (richest club in the world now), Dortmund, Man City and Arsenal all after him. First player I'd call a must from my time with FM14.
