As much as I would love Oz to get 2022, I believe that it is between Qatar and USA. 2018 is really too close to call - Russia could go either way, and Iberia has the South American block voting for them. Nervous day.

So if that's what you meant by 'Anglo' countries, it has been done in the past, although granted times have changed and a lot of it now is all politics....
