      It may have been priced at 17.99 by mistake, at which point they'll say 'This was an error but you are free to re-order at the intended rate of 39.99' or what have you. Though, they listed a whole bunch of other pre-orders at price too like Halo 4, Forza Horizon, Fable whateveritssubtitled, X-COM...so, I dunno what'll happen.
