  2. They didn't make it in America but they were massive in places like Canada, Japan and a lot of Europe.
  3. Utter brilliance like The Prodigy, Air, DFA1979, Blondie, Chems and Kraftwerk side-by-side (and in some cases getting beaten) by Spice Girls, Vengaboys and Aqua. This is the weirdest list ever.
  4. Lets hope Didz gets the Coopers back together, eh?
  5. 1. Why?- Alopecia The only hip-hop album I've liked the whole way through.

Ah, it was YI's post I was replying to... I'd just woke up, in my defense. CC disappointed me at Latitude, the music was good but I couldn't hack Glass shouting every word into the microphone.

K, don't go and see Feeder when The Music and Crystal Castles are on. They're the dullest live band I've ever seen, if their set from 2 years ago is anything to go by. The Music are all kinds of awesome live. I've went overboard with packing as usual but I don't care this year, as they have a bridge at White Car Park, so I can make as many trips as I want.

This time next week, I will be wandering around in shorts, undoubtably sunburnt after spending ten minutes in the sun, in a field, like a massive prick, definitaly already a bit drunk. Can't wait.
  10. Sennheisers. They're the only way to go. Get any pair of them and they're guarenteed to be incredible.

Got my ticket this morning. I've had years where I haven't received it until 3 or 4 days before so I wouldn't worry until it gets to Saturday.

    Latitude Festival

It was fantastic, Sigur Ros was one of the best gigs I've ever seen, it turned my mind to mush. Who else did you see?

    Latitude Festival

Me and Chris will be there Jook, old BS reunion. Good stuff, I'll say hello if I see you. Has Chris still got his stupid long hair?

    Latitude Festival

I'm going. Tickets are sold out now, and unfortunately the two people I was going with were waiting until the end of June to buy the tickets. I have another two friends who might be working there but it's only a 50/50 chance so I may well be going on my own. I don't think it will be depressing, the line-up is too good to miss and it's piss easy to make friends at festivals, it'll be different for sure but hey I don't know if I'm going on my own yet so I won't think about it until I know for sure that I am.

  21. I went. It was rather good. Had to work 5 hours a day though- sadly my shift fell upon Bjork's set, but managed to get a bit of a break to see the first 4 songs, lovely stuff. Highlights: Chemical Brothers- fucking ace as usual Super Furry Animals- As above. Bat For Lashes- As above... again. Lily Allen- I was shocked. Expected to hate her but she was so, so entertaining. Loved it. Modest Mouse- I've seen Johnny Marr live. I can die happy.

    Chocomallow, obviously.
  23. It's gone to Five. Gutted. Better than ITV though.
  24. If they're finished by the end of year, then Massive Attack, Radiohead and Portishead. Also, Martin Grech, Emiliana Torrini and hopefully Ben Christophers.
