'Assasin' is very SOAD. But it's good... this albums Stockholm Syndrome. Dom's drumming has improved so much. Shame Matt's songwriting hasn't. Fuck me, the last five tracks are incredible. The first half of the album is passable, but the second half is all sorts of awesome.

Just got it too... I bumped the last Muse thread just a second ago, oh well. It sounds good so far, I'm up to 'Invincible'. Which is a bit limp, but the rest has been good so far, bar the single.

Well the single sucked but the album is very good for the most part. Over the top cheesy, but hell, it's Muse.

I'm getting more and more into classical music... but I was just wondering where to start... I like big numbers like Carl Orff and stuff like that... I have poncy stuff like Vivaldi's Four Seasons. Any reccomendations?

They will get better. I was watching UKGold episodes a few weeks ago and Stu and Connor were both diabolical. Elle was crap when she joined, she's already pretty good. Ned is showing signs of improvement.

Today was AMAZING. If anyone missed this episode they'd have a bloody hard time catching up.

I like Rachel. Zeke is less annoying than he used to be, but maybe it's just because he's not talking. Katya can die. Although hopefully she takes the Elle route and goes from being a bitch when she first arrives to a nice character, who can pop out babies with the Toad.

Katya vs. Susan = Boring. It's pretty dull at the minute...

I hate it. It's absolutely awful. However, on the three other Muse albums there's always been one track I hate, so hopefully SMBH will be it for this album...

Goldfrapp. Amazing first album, different but brilliant second album, and then a sound a million miles away from their debut for their third album, which is the weakest, flatest, most souless collection of songs I've ever heard.

Morrissey on the 20th May. Then NOTHING until V and Reading in August. That makes me sad

My favourites are 'Some Velvet Morning', 'Kill All Hippies' and 'Deep Hit of Morning Sun'... Primal Scream tend to be REALLY diverse, so it's likely that you'll only like a handful of their stuff... I do anyway. Some of it is just annoying.
