We get our first shots of the Georgia Dome, which has been fully set up now for the clash. The entrance is a red carpet all the way to the ringside area. The entrance area is one giant replica of the World Heavyweight title, of course with the entrance in the middle of it. Above it in the air hang replica's of the united states and television title on each side high in the air, with a lighted clash of the champions logo in the middle. Instead of having the belts in the middle of the US and television titles, the straps are connected to trons!  Above the ring awaits the demonic cell. The fans go absolutely wild after the pyro goes off, the entire arena is full.

Meltzer: "Hello fans, and WELCOME TO THE CLASH OF THE CHAMPIONS! I'm David Meltzer, and along side me, Bobby the Brain Heenan and The Coach, Jonathan Coachman!"

Coach: "This set up and sites here are spectacular!"

Heenan: "You're telling me!"

Meltzer: "Let's get underway with the first match of the night!"

Playa Nation vs The Spanish Uprising

The first music to echo throughout the arena is the Spanish Uprising as Rey, Psychosis and Juvi come out and the arena fills up with boo's. Next up, the rap music of Playa Nation hits and Homicide, Elix Skipper and Ruckus come out to a good response. Both teams get in the ring and it looks like the Cruiserweight champ Ruckus is going to start it off against Rey Mysterio. Ruckus gets the quick advantage after taking mysterio to the ground with an armdrag, followed by a second one and an armbar to start out the match. Rey gets to his feet and jumps onto the top rope while Ruckus still has the arm bar applied, and jumps off, grabbing the head and spiking him down with a ddt. Quick pin gets broken up by Homicide. Rey with an armringer and makes the tag to Psychosis. Psychosis comes of the top with an axehandle onto the arm. irish whip by Psychosis and a leg lariat takes Ruckus down to the ground. Quick 2 count before Ruckus gets the shoulder up. Pickup and a scoop slam by Psychosis, who hits the ropes, Ruckus puts his feet up and connects on a monkey flip, but Psychosis lands on his feet after doing a flip and hits the ropes and comes back. Ruckus tries to a hiptoss, Psychosis blocks and goes for one of his own. Ruckus blocks the attempt and Psychosis chops him in the gut. Psychosis hits the ropes, sunset flip. 1-2-Kickout and Ruckus is in a bad way as Psychosis makes the tag to Juvi and Ruckus has been in there way too long.

Juvi with a snap suplex and goes to the top rope. Ruckus gets up and tries to grab Juvi, but Juvi kicks him away. Moonsault to  standing Ruckus! 1-2-Skipper breaks up the three. Headlock by Juvi on Ruckus. Ruckus gets to his feet and rams Juvi into the corner. Irish whip by Ruckus to Juvi that sends Juvi into the opposite corner. Razzle Dazzle by Ruckus and both superstars go down. Tag finally made to Rey, and Ruckus gets the tag to Skipper. Springboard dropkick to Rey by Skipper catches him unaware and Skipper gets a two. Skipper picks him up and places him on the ropes and goes to the top, NEW SCHOOL HURRICANRANA CONNECTS! 1-2-Psychosis makes the save. Skipper picks Rey up, irish whip and Rey ducks the spinning heel kick and comes back with a head scissors! Rey goes to the outside and drops the dime before making the tag to Psychosis. Pyschosis goes up top, Corkscrew senton misses and Skipper gets the crowd behind him. Double underhook by Skipper and he goes to the top rope, moonsault misses and Skipper lands hard. Psychosis with a northern lights suplex gets only two and he makes the tag to Juvi. Juvi goes to kick Skipper on the ground, Skipper with a matrix Evasion and gets to his feet and takes Juvi down with a shortarm clothesline. Tag made to Homicide.

Homicide comes in full force with a running clothesline on Juvi. The rest of the spanish uprising get in the ring. Homicide throws Rey over the top rope, Psychosis comes running, but Homicide back body drops him over the top. Skipper goes up top, shooting star onto the two on the outside! Now Ruckus goes up top, twisting corkscrew takes all 3 men on the outside out of it. In the ring, Homicide connects on a swinging DDT on Juvi. 1-2-Kickout. Homicide gets up and notices the fight on the outside. He hits the ropes, SUICIDE DIVE to the outside!! Juvi asks the crowd if they want to see him fly and they respond. Juvi hits the ropes, CANNONBALL OVER THE TOP TAKES OUT ALL 5 GUYS! Rey and Skipper are the first to get back in the ring, Drop toe hold by Rey, 619 CONNECTS! On the outside, Juvi just whipped Ruckus into the stairs. Homicide back in the ring and kicks Rey in the stomach, Powerbomb attempt, FACE CRUSHER BY REY! Eugene and Regal out first and get a great response from the crowd, who has really warmed up to Eugene's playful antics. AMW out next...ON HORSES?! What is this, Wrestlemania IX? Oh brother. The crowd makes fun of AMW as they finish up their horse manurishly boring entrance. Eugene runs out of the ring to get an upclose look at the horses and the match starts with AMW double teaming on Regal while Eugene is still infactuated with the horses. AMW beat Regal in the corner before double irish whipping him into the other corner. Eugene turns around takes notice and tries to help his partner by getting in the ring, but this just distracts the ref and allows Harris to choke Regal in the corner with his boot. Harris sets Regal on the top rope and climbs up, but Regal shoves him off. Regal goes to jump off with an axe handle, but Harris connects on a glancing blow to the stomach. The ref has finally restored order and Eugene is now in his corner. Harris makes the tag to storm. Double team neckbreaker and Storm makes the cover, 1-2-Kickout. Storm picks up Regal and sends him into the ropes with an irish whip and puts the head down, regal telegraphs it and kicks him in the chest, wraparound neckbreaker by Regal connects. Both superstars collapse to the ground

Tag made by Harris, Regal goes to make the tag, but Storm grabs his leg and Eugene can't quite reach regal. Dragon screw by Storm and he delivers an elbow to the inside leg and the crowd boo's. Quick tags by the champs now as they double team Regal a number of times. Finally, Harris connects on the big one, a superplex off the top rope on Regal. The crowd is dead now as Harris makes the cover, 1-2-Eugene breaks it up and sparks life back in the crowd. Eugene shouts at regal to fight back. Harris picks Regal up and looks like he's going for a neckbreaker, but Regal elbows him in the stomach. Harris comes back and Regal connects on another elbow to the gut. DDT by Regal in the center of the ring. Both supertars are down for the 10 but crawl to their corners, tag made to storm, TAG MADE TO EUGENE! Eugene comes in hot as the crowd is fully behind him. armdrag to storm, hiptoss to Harris. Clothesline to storm, back body drop to Harris and Eugene is bringing the roof down on the place. The ref finally gets Harris out of the ring and now it's just Eugene and Storm. Bodyslam by Eugene, LEGDROP! Eugene has the crowd behind him now.

Eugene picks up Storm, ROCK BOTTOM CONNECTS! Eugene gets up and turns around, SPEAR BY HARRIS!! The crowd boo's at the illegal attack but quickly queer as Regal enters the ring and sends Harris over the top with a clothesline. Both Eugene and Storm are down in the ring now as Harris and Regal tangle on the outside. Both get up now, Kick to the stomach by Eugene, Stunner attempt by Storm pushes him away, Eugene hits the ropes, SUPERKICK!!! 1..2...3 and the crowd boo's tremendously. Regal hits the ring as he's taken care of Harris on the outside. Storm leaves the ring as Regal chases him out. Regal checks on his partner as the tag champs snatch their titles away from the ref and began leaving, but raise their belts in the air halfway up the ramp as Regal looks on.

Spanky goes to shake his hand, but instead pulls up and runs it through his hair as the crowd boo's. Low-Ki still has his hand extended, wanting the shake. Spanky finally reluctantly shakes it and the match begans. Collar and elbow tieup and Low-Ki goes behind spanky. Spanky with a standing switch and grabs Low-Ki's head. Spanky tries for sliced bread early, but doesn't even make it to the ropes as Ki broke away. Spanky smiles as if he's saying "I got your number Low-Ki". Collar and elbow tieup again and the two jockey for position in the ring. Ki backs Spanky into the corner. The ref calls for the clean break, but Spanky pokes Ki in the eye to take control of the match. Russian legsweep by Spanky and he holds onto the leg with a submission like hold Ki gets to his feet, Spanky still holding the leg, Enziguri by Low Ki! Low-Ki picks up Spanky, Spin kick attempt and Spanky catches the leg and gives him a modified T-Bone suplex! Spanky goes up top and dives off for a cross body, but Low-Ki connects on a dropkick. 1-2-Spanky grabs the ropes (Low-Ki 3, Spanky 2). Pickup and an irish whip by Low Ki and he puts his head down. sunset flip by Spanky by Low Ki rolls through, DOUBLE LEGGED DROPKICK TO THE CHIN! That echoed throughout the arena.

Spanky goes to get to his feet, shining wizard by Low-Ki. 1-2-Kickout. Both superstars get to their feet and Spanky raises the first, trying to trick Low-Ki into hitting him. Kick to the stomach by Ki, he's not buying it. Spanky bends over and Ki unleashes a fury of Kneelifts before finishing him off with a running knee lift. Ki goes to the top rope, Corkscrew 450 misses and Spanky grabs the head, running bulldog by Spanky. Spanky goes to the apron, Springboad legdrop connects and Spanky makes the cover, 1-2-grabs the ropes (Low-Ki 2, Spanky 2). Spanky picks him up and body slams him and goes up top, looking for a moonsault. Ki gets up and connects on a huge kick to the back and goes up top as well, SPIDER GERMAN SUPLEX! Ki sits up to the top rope and waits for Spanky to get up, CROSS BODY but Spanky rolls through, 1-2-Kickout. Both superstars get to their feet, CLOSED FIST BY SPANKY! There's his warning. Kick to the stomach by Low-Ki and he goes behind Spanky and jumps up on his shoulders, Electric chair drop by Spanky! Spanky with a boston crab and Ki has to get to the ropes (Spanky 2, Low-Ki) and now the champion has the advantage. Spanky picks up Low-Ki, but Ki fights back, double mongolian chop echoes throughout the arena. Fishermans gutbuster on Spanky and Ki applies a cross armbar and sits up, Spanky punches him in the face to break the hold and that will cost him a rope break! (Spanky 1, Low-Ki 1). Both superstars get to their feet and Spanky grabs the head and goes for sliced bread #2. Spanky jumps onto the top turnbuckle, looking to do the backflip, but Ki instead lifts him up and plants him on the top turnbuckle and puts him in the tree of Woe!

Ki comes running, dropkick to the face! Here's the cover now, 1-2-Kickout. Ki picks him up and goes for the Ki-Crusher, but Spanky blocks it and delivers a DDT to Low-Ki. Spanky goes up top, Left Turn At Albuquerque Connects, 1-2-Ki grabs the ropes. (Spanky 1, Low-Ki 0). Spanky picks him up and goes for sliced bread #2 again, but Ki shoves him up, SPIN KICK TO THE FACE! Ki sits spanky up now, kick fury to the chest and finally he connects on the BUZZSAW KICK! 1-2-Spanky grabs the ropes! (Spanky 0, Low-Ki 0). Low-Ki picks up Spanky and irish whips him. Spanky ducks the clothesline, and then ducks the spin kick, he jumps at Low-Ki for the cross body, but Low-Ki catches him. Spanky fights out of Ki's grasps and lands on his feet. Ki kicks him in the gut, KI KRUSHER 99!!! Low-Ki makes the cover, 1-2-Spanky grabs the ropes but it doesn't matter..3 AND WE HAVE A NEW PURE CHAMP! Ki  gets up and looks at the title the ref has given him. He raises the belt up with one hand as the ref raises the other one in victory. Spanky is finally coming around now and can't believe it. Ki drops the title and extends his hand. Spanky looks at it and just rolls out of the ring in disgust as the crowd boo's.

Cabana acts like a goofball all the way to the ring, making jokes and posing with fan signs before getting into the ring. The bell sounds and here we go. Collar and elbow but instead, Cabana kicks Christian in the stomach to start the match. Bodyslam by Cabana and he hits the ropes, Christian hits the mat, then tries to go up and over, but Cabana grabs him with a bearhug. Christian boxes the ears and connects on a vertical suplex to get an early two count before applying a headlock on Cabana. Cabana gets back to his feet and delivers a back suplex to Christian. Cabana goes to the second rope, snap legdrop misses and Christian picks him up, irish whip by Christian and a back body drop, followed by an armdrag and an armbar. Cabana eventually gets to his feet after selling the armbar and irish whips Christian, powerslam connects! 1-2-Kickout. Cabana picks up Christian and bear hugs him before ramming him back first into the corner. 10 Punches by Cabana in the corner and he whips Christian into the opposite corner. He goes for the butt bump, but Christian moves out of the way and hits the ropes as Cabana goes smashing backside first into the corner, Clothesline by Christian and he goe sfor the cover, 1-2-Kickout.

Christian picks up Cabana and goes behind him, Inverted facelock breaker connects and Christian goes to the top rope, But Cabana gets up and goes up top as well as he punches Christian. BELLY TO BELLY OFF THE TOP ROPE by Cabana! Cabana picks up Christian, northern lights connects! 1-2-Kickout. Cabana yells at the ref to count faster before picking up Christian, Irish whip and he grabs him with a bearhug and begans squeezing the life out of him. He turns the bearhug into a DDT and makes the cover, 1-2-Christian grabs the ropes. Cabana picks up Christian, but Christian fights back with shots to the stomach and then shots to the face of Cabana, Irish whip by Christian, reversed by Cabana, cross body by christian! 1-2-Kickout and Christian goes on the offensive. Christian goes behind Cabana, looking for the inverted DDT, But Cabana delivers uppercuts to Christian to break the hold and then a clothesline that sends Christian over the top rope. Cabana goes to the top turnbuckle, dive onto Christian misses and Canana hits his jaw on the guardrail. Christian picks up up, Reverse DDT on the outside connects! Christian throws him into the ring and goes to the top rope, MISSLE DROPKICK CONNECTS! 1-2-Kickout.

Christian picks him up and looks for the unprettier, but Cabana shoves him away, Christian comes back with a schoolboy rollup, 1-2-Kickout. Cabana to his feet and runs at Christian for a clothesline, Christian ducks, BACKSLIDE! 1-2-Kickout. Cabana up again and comes charging towards Christian, Inside cradle! 1-2-Kickout and Cabana backs off this time after almost being pinned a number of times. They circle and finally tieup, Cabana pushes Christian into the corner. Chops by Cabana and he sets Christian up top. Cabana begans climbing up top as well, but Christian pushes him off,  CROSS BODY BY CHRISTIAN, BUT CABANA ROLLS through and gets on his feet, still holding onto Christian. Fall away slam connects, STANDING MOONSAULT by Cabana! 1-2-Kickout. Cabana goes up top, but Christian delivers a thrust uppercut and begans climbing up as well. HURRICANRANA BY CHRISTIAN! 1-2-Kickout! Christian is shocked! Christian picks up Cabana, Irish whip by Christian, Cabana comes back with a roaring elbow! Capture Suplex by Cabana and he goes up top, saying it's over. CORKCREW MOONSAULT SPLASH MISSES! Christian picks him up, UNPRETTIER! 1-2-FOOT ON THE ROPE!!! Christian picks him and goes for another Unprettier, Cabana pushes him away. Cabana with a kick to the stomach, COLT 45!!!! 1..2...3 AND CABANA RETAINS!! Both supertars lie on canvas in exhaustion as Cabana is given his title and declared the winner. Cabana finally rolls out of the ring and heads up the ramp. Christian stumbles to get to his feet. After the match, he's given a standing ovation from the crowd, who were really into this match from beginning to end.

We'll come into this one with eight guys remaining, so here's how we got here. Al Snow(1) was the first eliminated by DDP. Amazing Red(2) went next by Eddie Guerrero, Siaki(3) was dissapointingly eliminated 3rd by Whiskey Marc. Alex Shelley(4) was fourth eliminated by Aries, who got some revenge on him. Devito(5) was powered over the top by Sean O'Haire. Air Paris(6) got thrown out by former Partner Paul Birchill, who also eliminated Big Vito(7) next. Jimmy Jacobs(8) got thrown over the top by Aries. HC Loc(9) was next, as DDP threw him over. Fleisch(10) was the next victim, falling to Eddie Guerrero. High flyer Jack Evans(11), who dazzled throughout the match, was eliminated next by Billy Kidman. Konnan(12) was next, getting kick right over the top by Booker T. Petey Williams(13) fell victim to Booker's back body drop over the ropes. Ultimo Dragon(14) was eliminated by James Gibson(15), who was quickly eliminated by Paul Birchill, who went on a tear, also eliminating Bobby Roode(16) and Lodi(17). DDP(18) sadly went next by Sean O'Haire. Aries gets some more revenge, eliminating Sabin(19), that makes all 3 members of Generation now eliminated by Aries! O'Haire finishes off the jersey boyz, eliminating Kanyon(20). Whipwreck(21) is sent packing over the top by Booker T. Finally, Whiskey Marc dominates Kidman(22) with a fallaway slam over the top rope.

So Now we're down to 8, Paul Birchill, Tajiri, Austin Aries, Sean O'Haire, Whiskey Marc, Eddie Guerrero, Booker T and Raven. Raven and O'Haire go at it while Eddie and Booker hammer it out. Tajiri and Aries fight in another corner while the two monsters, Birchill and Marc stare down in the middle of the ring. Birchill and Marc exchange blows, Birchill surprisingly gets the upperhand and goes for an irish whip, Marc reverses and throws him right up and over. Birchill(23) is pissed! Tajiri thinks he can pull a quick one on Marc, who's yelling at Birchill. Tajiri(24) charges Marc and jumps onto his back with a headlock, Marc flips him right up and over his shoulder and out of the ring! Aries(25) is unfortunately the next one gone, as Booker sent him packing, but he tried to skin the cat. Eddie gets the official elimination by dropkicking him in the back. Sean O'Haire(26) gets eliminated next after biting off more then he can chew and attacking Whiskey Marc, who tossed him right up and over with ease. Yet another close run for O'Haire

We're down to four now. Eddie, Booker, Whiskey and Raven look at one another. Raven and Eddie have formed sort of truce.. and they attack Whiskey Marc and BOOKER JOINS IN AS WELL! They gang beat Marc in the corner and finally dump him over the top. Marc(27) freaks out on the outside, slamming his fists on the apron and kicking the guardrail as refs removed him from the outside. Eddie and Book went at it, and Raven just watched. Irish whip by Eddie, reversed by Book, Eddie ducks the spinning heel kick and comes with a cross body. Book catches him and goes to dump him over, but Eddie holds onto the ropes. Raven, being the opportunist, grabbed Booker's feet and DUMPED BOTH EDDIE(28) AND BOOKER(29) TO THE OUTSIDE AND IS THE WINNER OF THE MATCH! Raven celebrates in the ring as he raises his head into the air and extends his hands. Booker and Eddie go at it on the outside. Refs finally break that one up as the crowd boo's and Raven's music echoes throughout the arena.

Richards comes out with Kidman and Lodi at his side as the trio get a thunderous ovation of boo's. The lights go out, Punk's music hits and the crowd goes nuts. Punk's pyro goes off and out comes the man! The crowd loves this guy, and he has the look in his eye as if tonights the night. He stands on the turnbuckle and throws up the X, and the crowd does the same. Richards attacks him as he gets off the turnbuckle and the match begans. Punch fury by Richards and he follows it up by biting the forehead! Irish whip by Richards, FRANKENSTEINER BY CM PUNK! 1-2-Kickout and they break as Richards goes to the outside to regroup. The crowd chant's "Punk" as the crowd gets behind him. Richards gets back in the ring, collar and elbow tieup and Punk with the snapmare and the kick to his back. Punk hits the ropes and grabs the neck and does a front flip, snapping his neck forward. Punk with a standing moonsault press 1-2-Kickout. Punk with a pickup and a scoop slam, and he goes to the top rope, Kidman distracts him on the outside, allowing richards to crotch him and climb up top. Superplex by Richards connects and he scrambles to make the pin. 1-2-Kickout. Richards picks him up and puts him in a headlock. Punk shoots him into the ropes and puts his head down, Richards with a sunset flip, but Punk just brutally punches him in the face as he tries to pull him down.

Punk goes to the corner, SPLIT LEGGED MOONSAULT CONNECTS! 1-2-foot on the ropes. Punk picks him up, double underhook backbreaker drop connects and Punk goes for the pin, 1-2-Punk pulls his shoulders up off the mat, he wants to beat him more! Punk hits the ropes, Lodi grabs the foot. Punk slingshots over the top rope onto Lodi and Kidman! He beats Kidman down on the outside. Meanwhile, in the ring, richards hits the ropes, Suicide dive onto Punk and the flock's distraction tactics help Richards again! Richards throws CM into the ring and climbs to the top rope. Punk gets to his feet and delivers a step up enziguri to Richards on the ropes and climbs up as well, SUPER HURRICANRANA CONNECTS! Punk goes up top and dives off the top rope, elbow drop connects! 1-2-Lodi puts Richards foot on the rope! Punk picks him up, Pepsi twist connects! 1-2-Kickout and Punk is sorta shocked. Punk goes up top and jumps off as Richards gets to his feet, SWINGING NECKBREAKER!!! Punk goes to the top rope and calls for it. Lodi distracts the ref on the other side of the ring, Kidman shoves Punk off and he does a flip and lands on his back! Both supertars are laying on the ground now as the ref administers the 10 count. Both superstars get up at 8 and exchange fists. CM gets the advantage and hammers away. DEVILS LOCK DDT BY PUNK!

Punk makes the pin, but Lodi distracts the ref! Punk's had enough and he attacks Lodi, hiptossing him into the ring. Kick to the stomach, TORNADO DDT!!! Punk turns around, STEVIE T!!! 1..2...2.9999 KICKOUT and the crowd goes wild. Kidman gets on the apron and tries to get in the ring as the referee blocks him. Lodi in from behind, LOW BLOW!! Stevie picks him up, FISHERMAN'S SUPLEX! 1-2-Kickout again!! Kidman and Lodi are shocked. Richards picks up Punk, and Punk fights back. Irish whip by Punk, reversed by Richards, dropkick by Richards! Richards distracts the ref and here comes Kidman and Lodi again. They get in the ring and go for a double DDT, Punk drops to his knees, DOUBLE LOW BLOW!! Both of them roll out of the ring and Richards comes towards Punk. Richards with an irish whip, Punk reverses, Richards ducks the clothesline, STEVIE KICK! Richards rolls him up, AND GRABS THE ROPES AS THE REF DOESN'T SEE!! 1..2..3 AND RICHARDS CHEATS HIS WAY TO THE TITLE!

The crowd boo's at Richard's victory, but it's not over yet, and Lodi and Kidman are back in the ring and we have a 3 on 1 attack! All 3 men stomp Punk as the bell sounds. After 10 seconds, US CHAMPION COLT CABANA COMES RUNNING OUT, TITLE IN HAND!! He hits the ring and all 3 men scatter as he swings the belt in their direction, trying to hit one of them. The crowd marks out as Cabana makes the save. Punk is to his feet now and looks at Cabana. Cabana extends his hand!! Punk looks at Cabana and SHAKES HIS HAND!!! Cabana pulls him close for the hug as Cabana raises punk's hand in the air.

Winner: STEVEN RICHARDS

Richards holds his newly won title in his arms as he sits on his knees on the ramp. CM Punk can only look on as he's been screwed out of the title. Cabana pats him on the back before turning his back to go retrieve his US Title that's on the mat. Punk turns around, SWERVE!!!!! Punk attacks Cabana and takes him to the ground and just starts hammering away on Cabana as the crowd is in total shock. Punk is sitting on Cabana's back and just wailing away on the back of Cabana and the head. Punk looks completely irrate as he gets to his feet and stomps away on Cabana. He picks Cabana up and sends him into the ropes, DROPKICK TO THE FACE. Cabana holds his face, his nose has been busted open. Punk yells at the crowd, who's silence has now turned into boo's that echo throughout the arena. Punk picks Cabana up off the ground, his nose is now gushing blood. Punk puts him between his legs and positions him, PEDIGREE ON THE US TITLE!!!! The crowd is all over Punk, who hits the ground and starts talking to Cabana's, who's simply out of it in the ring. Punk gets up and grabs the US Title and stares at it, as if he's infactuated with it. Punk can be heard yelling "This is mine, it's MINE!" as he leaves the ring with the US Title as referee's go to check on Cabana in the ring. Punk looks back and laughs at the carnage in the ring before patting the US Title, which is now on his shoulder.

There are several chairs on the outside and two in the ring.  Edge's music hits and out comes Edge, worried look on his face as the crowd boo's. Edge gets in the ring and picks up a chair. Matt's music hits and the crowd goes absolutely ecstatical for Mattitude as he makes his way to the ring, already carrying a chair. He gets in the ring and the bell sounds. Both superstars have chairs in their hands, and swing at one another as metal hits metal. After 3 chair to chair hits, Edge finally catches matt's hand, and matt drops his chair as Edge delivers a chairshot to the back and then one to the head. Edge drops the chair and yells at the crowd before picking Hardy up. Bodyslam onto the chair by Edge and he's not going to waist any time as he goes outside and grabs a smaller ladder, bringing it into the ring. He rests it in the corner and goes back over to matt. Matt tries to fight back with shots to the gut, but he's met with a knee lift. Edge tries to whip matt into the ladder, but Matt reverses. Edge is able to stop before the ladder, but Hardy comes charging, BACK BODY DROP ONTO THE LADDER! The ladder bends as Matt Hardy's body meets the steel.

Edge goes outside and grabs a table! he sets it up at ringside and climbs back in the ring, pulling matt by the hair to the outside apron. Edge sets him up for a powerbomb, but Hardy drops to one knee on the apring and then delivers a lowblow uppercut to Edge! Edge falls off the apron as Hardy rolls back in the ring. Hardy grabs the ladder in the ring and sets it up and climbs to the top. Edge is to his feet now on the outside. Matt dives off,  diving over the turnbuckle post onto Edge, BUT EDGE HITS HIM IN THE HEAD WITH A CHAIR! The crowd immediately busts out a holy shit chant as Matt kicks his legs in pain on the outside. Matt has been busted open as Edge throws him back in the ring. 1-2-Kickout. The blood trickles into matt's eyes as Edge picks him up. Irish whip by Edge, reversed by matt, Edge goes for the spear, Matt sidesteps and EDGE GOES THROUGH THE ROPES AND THROUGH THE TABLE ON THE OUTSIDE! Matt takes off his shirt and starts to get pumped up. He goes to the outside and grabs a chair. Edge gets to his feet and immediately gets put right back down with a viscious chairshot to the face. Now Edge is busted open, worse then Matt, and both superstars dawn the crimson mask! Matt picks up Edge and whips him face first into the cage! Matt grabs edge and shreds his face across the cage as if he's grating cheese with a cheese grater. Edge's hair and face are a bloody mess!

Matt grabs a smaller ladder and rams it right into the gut of Edge as the fans rally behind him. He grabs a table, and sets it up, and another table, and sets it up beside it. He goes back over to Edge and irish whips him into the stairs before taking a third table, setting it on top of the two already set up.Matt throws Edge into the ring and gives him one final chairshot to the back for good measure before picking him up pulling him the apron. Matt rolls Edge onto the top table and gives him a few more shots to the ribs before going to the outside. MATT GRABS THE BIG LADDER and brings it into the ring, It damn near touches the cage roof as Matt quickly scales it, and grabs onto the roof of the cage! Mat holds onto the steel fencing with both hands and steps off the ladder. He moves into position, hanging onto the roof of the cage! Matt is now hovering over Edge, at least 12 feet above him. He lets go with one hand and puts his fingers towards his mouth, doing his traditional pose, BEFORE DROPPING OFF THE CAGES ROOF, CONNECTING ON A ELBOW DROP TO EDGE WHILE LANDING ON HIS BACK AS BOTH OF THEM GO CRASHING THROUGH THE TABLES! Edge convulses in pain and grabs his stomach as Matt just lays there as a holy shit chant breaks out. After about 35 seconds of Meltzer screaming in shock, Matt finaly gets to his feet, but has to use the cell to hold himself up. He finally goes over to Edge and picks him up and rolls him into the ring.

With one final attempt at hurting Edge, Matt grabs a chair and goes to the top rope, He leaps off the top turnbuckle and puts the chair under his leg, connectong on a legdrop right the face of Edge, taking a page right out Sabu's playbook. Matt sells the bump before finally hooking the leg and making the cover as the crowd chants in unison, 1...2...3!!! Matt lays there for about 30 seconds before finally getting to his feet. He gets his hand raised the victor and rolls out of the ring and ducks under the cell as it's being raised up. He walks up the ramp and stops at the entrance area and looks back, as Edge is still laying in the ring. Behind him, Maria emerges from the entrance area. Matt turns around, and is a bit surprised by her presence. They look at one another, and ahhh, the moment we've all been waiting for as the two kiss as the crowd goes wild. After their long kiss, they leave together hand in hand as Edge is still down in the ring.

WINNER: MATT HARDY

Meltzer: "Well speaking of fairtales, which one of these men will end the match with a happy ending? Which one will walk out with the world title? More importantly, how will Eric Bischoff play a role in this match?"

Eric Bischoff's music hits and the boss comes out to a split reaction from the crowd. Bischoff isn't wearing a ref's outfit, but just his normal attire with a leather jacket. Bischoff gets in the ring and takes the microphone from Lillian Garcia.

Eric: "Before this match starts, I want to make an announcement. As of this moment, in the interest of fairness and determining a true winner, I have decided to make this match, a NO DISQUALIFICATION match. That's right, no count outs, no disqualifications, the only way to win is to Pin your opponent or make them tap out. Rest assured, we will determine a true winner tonight."

Bischoff gives the mic to Lillian and talks to referee Charles Robinson before heading to the outside. GLASS SHATTERS and out comes Austin to by far the biggest ovation of the night as the crowd simply goes nuts for the guy. Austin makes his way into the ring poses on All four corners as the crowd crazy. Austin stares at Bischoff before giving him the two finger salute. The lights go out, and Jericho's pyro goes off and his music hits. The highlight of the night has arrived and boy does this crowd HATE him. Jericho slowly makes his way to the ring, talking trash to fans and posing with the title. He finally gets to the ring and does his apron pose right in front of Eric Bischoff, before telling him something while pointing at him. Jericho gets in the ring and hands the ref the belt. Robinson holds the belt up in the air for all to see as both superstars stare at the prize. He calls for the bell and our main event is officially underway.

Both men walk toe to toe, engaging in a staredown as they jaw to one another. Finally, Jericho takes the first move, attempting a punch, Austin blocks and delivers right hands to Jericho as the crowd goes wild. Jericho with a knee lift to Austin to take back control. Fireman's carry by Jericho and he puts Austin in a reverse chinlock. Austin gets to his feet, and goes to shoot Jericho into the ropes, but Jericho holds onto the head with a headlock. Austin gets back to his feet again and delivers a back suplex to Jericho. Austin picks up Jericho, irish whip, Jericho ducks the clothesline, LOU THESZ PRESS EARLY IN THE MATCH!! The crowd loses it as Austin delivers right hands to Jericho. Austin gets up and hits the ropes and goes for the two finger salute elbow, but Jericho rolls to the outside and crowd boo's. Austin goes to follow him, but Jericho grabs his legs and drags him under the bottom rope. Austin opens up with more right hands on Jericho that send him reeling. Clothesline by Austin! Austin grabs a camera cord and begans choking Jericho! He chokes him for about 20 seconds before finally delivering and elbow to the forehead. Austin goes and pulls up a piece of the floor mat, exposing the concrete. Austin picks up Jericho, he's going to go for a piledriver!! He tries, but he can't get jericho up, and Jericho reverses with a back body drop on Austin!

Jericho  grabs a steel chair, He swings it at Austin as he gets to his feet, but Austin ducks and the chair hits the metal turnbuckle pole. Austin kicks Jericho in the stomach and goes for the stunner, but Jericho pushes him into the guardrail. Jericho comes running, back body drop into the crowd! Austin climbs up and over the two go fighting into the crowd, Austin gaining the upperhand and they finally make their way back to ringside on the other side of the ring! Austin throws Jericho into the ring and climbs in himself, but Jericho stomps away onto the back of Austin. Jericho hits the ropes, back senton to a fallen Austin! Jericho makes the first cover of the night, 1-2-Kickout! Jericho picks Austin up and irish whips him, Austin reverses, spinebuster!! Austin goes the 2nd rope, DRIVING ELBOW CONNECTS! 1-2-Kickout. Austin picks up Jericho and irish whips him into the corner and delivers a clothesline. Jericho falls down in the corner, and Austin walks a mudhole dry by stomping the living daylights out of him! Austin picks up Jericho, irish whip and Jericho comes back with a flying forearm, but Austin ducks, AND JERICHO HITS THE REFEREE! Charles robinson goes flying out of the ring through the ropes and to the ground. Eric Bischoff goes to check on him. Meanwhile, in the ring. Austin picks up Jericho, kick to the stomach, STUNNER ATTEMPT.. Jericho sends him into the ropes, CLOTHESLINE BY Austin! Austin picks up Jericho and irish whips him and puts his head down, ONE ARMED BULLDOG OUT OF NOWHERE! Jericho hits the ropes, LIONSAULT ATTEMPT..AUSTIN GETS THE KNEES UP...JERICHO GRABS THEM! Jericho fights and TURNS HIM OVER FOR THE LIONTAMER IN THE CENTER OF THE RING!!!

Bischoff looks into the ring and see's what's happening and slides into the ring. He gets in position, asking Austin if he wants to give up. Austin finally makes it to the ropes after 30 seconds, but Jericho won't break the hold! Bischoff yells at him to break the hold, but he's not listening..BISCHOFF PULLS JERICHO OFF AUSTIN! Jericho's pissed now as Austin holds his knee in pain. Bischoff and Jericho engage in an argument, and Jericho shoves Bischoff to the ground! Jericho rolls to the outside and grabs a chair and brings it back into the ring, Bischoff stops him and grabs the chair, telling Jericho he can't use it. JERICHO WITH A LOW BLOW TO BISCHOFF!! Bischoff hits the ground in pain and rolls out of the ring, as now both the ref and Bischoff are down on the outside. Jericho turns around, Austin is walking towards him CHAIRSHOT TO THE SKULL!!! Austin hits the ground Jericho hits the ropes, LIONSAULT!!!! Jericho makes the cover, but there's no ref! Jericho gets up and grabs the chair, he's going to inflict more pain on Austin. A FAN JUST JUMPED THE GUARDRAIL AND IS IN THE RING... THAT'S NOT A FAN.. JERICHO TURNS AROUND, CHAIR IN HAND...

VAN DAMINATOR TO JERICHO!!!!!!!!!

Meltzer: "MY GOD THAT'S ROB VAN DAM!! GET HIM OUT OF HERE, HE'S ECW!!!

Coach: "THEY'RE GOING TO RUIN OUR MAIN EVENT!!"

The crowd marks out hard as RVD remains the only one standing in the middle of the ring. Jericho is down, Austin is down. RVD goes up top, Jericho is right in line for a 5 STAR!! RVD points his thumbs at his head and the crowd chants R V D.. RVD Dives off the top turnbuckle... AND CHANGES DIRECTION IN MIDAIR.. FIVE STAR TO AUSTIN!!!!!

Meltzer: "What the hell? What the hell is this??"

RVD rolls around the ring as the crowd's cheers immediately turn to boo's. RVD gets to his feet and jumps the guardrail, going back through the crowd. Jericho gets to his feet now as the ref on the outside is stirring and makes his way slowly into the ring. Jericho hits the ropes, LIONSAULT!!! Jericho makes the cover as the ref slowly counts. 1.......2......3!!!!

Coach: "Jericho retains, Jericho retains!"

Heenan: "I knew he'd do it!"

Meltzer: "But what the hell did Rob Van Dam just do? He attacked both men, but cost Austin the match! My god, I don't believe this. We need answers, is RVD WCW or was that an attack of WCW? Goodnight folks and see you tomorrow night!"

Jericho is up now in the ring as Austin lay on the ground. Jericho is handed the world title and his hand is raised in the air. Bischoff, on the outside, is recovering from his low blow. He's not sure what happened, but he see's Jericho with the world title and Austin laying on the ground. Jericho is finally to his feet now and is celebrating in the ring, posing with the world title in all four corners just as Austin would. We fade out as we see Jericho clutching his world title on the outside as he gets doused in beer by a couple fans who threw their cups at him.
