It should be Ronaldo's. If it's not, it's like saying anytime the keeper gets a touch on the ball, and the ball ends up in the net, it's an own goal.

I know it was bad keeping, but it's still his goal, IMO.

Eh, I don't see it. I mean, I get your point - completely. I just disagree with it. I like to see the attacker getting the benefit of the doubt in such situations.

I think there's only so far you can go, though. Giving him an assist instead would be better, because he hasn't directly scored the goal.

Through my eyes though, he landed the header, it bounced off the keeper, flew towards the goal, and the keeper tried to claw it out.

To me, that's still a direct result of the headed. It didn't take a crazy deflection that sent it the other way, or anything.
