I won't be clicking any of the spoilers, nor will I be able to watch the episodes, so I have to wait for the DVD release, but I am so fucking stoked for this. Season 6 was mediocre, but this can only be awesome. I have guy love for Almeida.

I have the take that the season seems to be building just fine so far. They didn't do what they did in season 6 already which was absolutely throw everything they could into the premiere. In season 6 you had head of security shot and killed as well as a nuclear explosion in the fourth episode *end of the premiere event* Where can you go from there but down? You can't trump a nuclear bomb going off in downtown LA with anything else really except another one. So that is why Season 6 wound up as mediocre at best. I already feel with how the season has been taking shape that it's looking mighty good and while the acting isn't the best in the white house scenes. Already had a couple moments where I got really into it. So we'll see if they can keep it going or drop the ball.

btw just my prediction but CTU isn't gone forever :)

I'm not feeling this season at all, especially after last night's "WHAT ABOUT MY FEELINGS!?!?!" episode. It's 24, I want to watch Jack Bauer threaten to shove a towel down some guy's throat, not watch some whiny chick give female law enforcers a bad name.

Rack Bauer will be smoched by Jack within the Season. It´s called build up. I liked Jack slapping her not being on his level of awesomeness... :->

It also looks a lot like White House is being atacked soon... at least juging from how WTF the senators evil secreaty looked wen he was toled to get his arrs over there. On the other hand, maybe there is no other big thread, and Tony is just using Jacks (and the viewers) belive that there always are 5 bigger backup planes by the bad guys. So it´s evil Jack 4 real. 8-)
