The England thread

Recommended Posts

The two england fans on my Facebook feed seemed to think England were close and perhaps a little unlucky and Woy should be given time to oversee generational change before being too harshly judged on the teams performance. I think one of them is a member on here.

To be fair losing to Italy and Uruguay is hardly shameful, theyre two teams that most people would expect to atleast get to the quarters/maybe semi's.

And I think we saw in last nights performance why some of the youngsters arent ready yet. Why Jack Wilshere hasnt been playing from the start is beyond me.

Because his ankles are made of glass. Henderson has been much better in the PL this season, so deserved his spot.

I keep hearing in the news and on the radio "Lampard will decide on his future after the WC is finished."

Am I missing something here? What is there to decide? He's 36 years old and without a club.

Lies! He will be playing for New York FC who are totally a club.
