Saw the game briefly this morning at work - Husky Harris vs Alberto Del Rio (Husky won of course) and it looks pretty similar obviously. I didn't see it for long enough to judge sadly. The guy playing did say that the control system is totally different though. Picking this up tomorrow for sure, does anyone know if Asda are doing it cheaper like usual?

I just had one of my favourite matches on any WWE game on my second week of Universe. Alberto Del Rio vs Rey Mysterio. Cutscene: Mysterio walks down the ramp, Del Rio comes apparently from under the ring or somewhere appearing in front of the ring and beats Mysterio at ringside. I throw Mysterio into the ring, he gets up and bell rings. Cutscene: Del Rio pretty much goes fuck this and dives out from the ring and taunts at ringside. Match goes for pretty long and i hit maybe four Cross Armbreakers but no matter how much i bash the buttons i can't make anyone submit, then at one point Mysterio starts to make a comeback and i can't seem to get anything countered. Mysterio counters some move with a Inside Cradle, which i'm finally able to reverse into one of my own and get the three count. Cutscene: Del Rio about to leave the ring but comes back to stomp Mysterio again.

May not sound anything special, but atleast i got a good laugh from all the Del Rio cutscenes in just one match.

Universe mode is awesome, haven't got time to try Road to Wrestlemania yet.

The matches seem to be little harder, also i seem to have more trouble doing the reversals than in earlier games. The submission system just doesn't work or i just suck too much at it, it seems to be really easy to get out from submissions, but no matter how close to death you beat the opponent i can't get the Breaking Point bar up. Also i like that the grapple moves don't come from the analog stick anymore. So far seems like a best WWE game in years, need to get everyone unlocked soon for Universe.

Bought it, got it, bought Fan Axxess, I'm all set.

It's enjoyable, I even made a CAW already. His name is...Frenchman Goldman. Because it like rhymes. And he's pretty unsure about his sexuality I think.

Trying to find good enough sliders now, still a bit on the easy side (mostly because I read about so many people thinking it's really hard, so I started off at an nice and easy pace and will go from there).

I'm enjoying the game so far, mainly be playing Road to Wrestlemania before and while I'm enjoying it, I'm not a big fan of all the Press Y now and we go to a cutscene type thing, if it was every now and then I don't think I would be too fussed but at times it can get annoying.

Seriously loving Universe mode! Jerry Lawler came out as my (as Nash) mystery partner against Miz and Del Rio, but gets injured and news says his career is over. He enters the Rumble at 28 and makes it to the final three with Miz and the winner, Alex Riley. This game seems to really like Riley I'm notticing. Oh, and now Lawler is free to use again!

Seriously cant wait til this comes out in the UK tomorrow, initial reviews of RTWM put me off but from what you guys are saying it seems that Universe mode has great replay value. Cant wait!

I created a finisher that is basically lifting up for a suplex, spinning about 1440 degrees and northern lights drivering them.

It'd be nice if it said what people's signature moves were in the same list it has their finishers

It'd be nice if you could have an option to not have some fucking weird soft-porn light filter on the ladder matches. Or is that how they do ladder matches these days?
