Knowing how something ends shouldnt really be a factor. I knew how Deathly Hallows ends but I still enjoyed the hell out of Part 2. Not really a fair comparison since there is no way Rise of the Apes will be near half as good, but the point still stands.

I'll probably go and see the film, just because I've seen all the others. I thought the remake with Mark Whalberg was shit anyway. Nothing beats the original film. Although the sequels were awful!
