Radio Marca are reporting that Malaga's Nacho Monreal has caught a flight to London to negotiate terms with Arsenal. The 26-year-old is Malaga's first choice left back and a full Spain international. Malaga don't want to sell but it appears their financial problems have forced them to accept an offer reported to be in the region of £8m.

Sky Italia are now reporting that Roma goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg has in fact boarded a flight to London thinking that he's on his way for talks with Fulham. He's apparently expected to land at London Heathrow at 1910. Unbeknownst to Stekelenburg, 35,000ft below, Roma have stopped the deal. Pity the man who has to break it to him at arrivals.

Manchester City have announced the signing of Ghanaian striker Godsway Donyoh from his country's Right to Dream Academy. The 18-year-old has immediately been loaned out to Swedish side Djurgarden for the rest of the year.
