Me and Nerf weren't too bad. We won 2-1 and then came up against a team that were awesome and lost 3-1.

Anyone by any chance done much career mode in England, going from the Championship to the Prem?

Last year I seemed to get fuck all money and I wouldn't mind knowing if this year is gonna be the same. Started as Leeds and am doing well, had 3.4m to spend and about 30k spare wage budget. Spent 800k on Sebby Larrsson and 21k a week which is a big chunk but he is pretty great. Passes seem to find their mark every time. Wicked on the set pieces too, though Ross McCormack is pretty stellar in that department too.

I feel like I'm playing with a handicap on World Class. The AI is atrocious. Easy passes are fucked, the game does the exact opposite of what I'm doing with my controller. I'll control possession, but never create a clear chance. The computer will march down the field and create space and score like nothing. Really getting fed up with that shit, and I feel like it's cheating to fuck with the sliders at all. But for fuck's sake, how many times is my player going to fuck up a 2 v. 1 by passing STRAIGHT to the defender?

Have you turned passing power assistance on? I found that solved all my initial problems.

Yeah fuck this game. It isn't good this year. I have a better first touch than the best players in this game. So you either have a choice of pinging it around with one touch passing or losing the ball by being crowded out before you can get it under control and turn. This has made ball over the top merchants even worse this year because if you dare take a touch with a defender it just cannons off them and into the path of a striker.

So I'm done with this for a while, it's not better than 13. I'm not even mentioning the career mode. Instead of overhauling it they put in a half assed scouting system, mask players attributes and call it a new feature.

Ugh, I shouldn't have bought this.
