Before I forget, I experimented a bit and this seems to be the effects on morale from hiring or firing people with relationships in the game:

Hire a Blood Relative: +20 Morale

Fire a Blood Relative: -25 Morale

Hire a Dislike: -20 Morale

Fire a Dislike: No Change

Hire a Friendship: +10 Morale

Fire a Friendship: -25 Morale

Hire a Hate: -40 Morale

Fire a Hate: No Change

Hire a Love: +20 Morale

Fire a Love: -25 Morale

Hire a Loyalty: +10 Morale

Fire a Loyalty: -25 Morale

So, as an example: Brie Bella and Daniel Bryan have a "Love" relationship in the game. So, if you had Brie on your roster and hired Bryan, Brie's morale would go up by 20. If both were on the roster and you fired either, the one that you kept would have their morale drop by 25.

Firing a Loyalty or Love also has the chance that the person you don't fire will leave as well, especially if they are only under an open contract.

Hopefully, this helps some when suggesting to add relationships into the game.

Are two people really "friends" enough that they'd drop 25 points in morale if you fired their "friend"?

Is a trainer "loyal" enough to a student that they'd drop 25 points in morale and perhaps even leave the promotion, if you fired their trainee?

Hopefully, this fine tunes the criteria for adding relationships.

Just a few notes.

I would rename Archiebald Peck to R.D. Evans, Soldier Ant to Drew Gulak and Fire Ant to Orange Cassidy as CHIKARA is gone and they currently use these names on the independents. If CHIKARA ever returns, by all means I would say rename them back.

I would also rename the Evans and Marshall team to Marshall Law.

Also isn't Outlaw Inc. managed by Prince Nana? I thought that Nana brought in Kingston and Homicide but I am not so sure as I haven't followed ROH too well the last while.

His answers were translated into English but he owns all other invitees with his presence and just one running gag ...

Another thing I noticed about him in game. He doesn't have any finishers. Set them as the primary finisher: Brainbuster(impact) and the secondary finisher is Oklahoma Stampede(impact).

Prince Nana is a talent scout of sorts for ROH. He basically scouted Outlaw Inc. and brought them into ROH. He has had no other dealings with them other than that.

I agree with Skummy. Wrestling once per year doesn't constitute a full-time wrestler. If Hogan came back and wrestled at Mania this year, does that make him a full time wrestler? Using your logic fusion, Triple H and Taker should both be full-time wrestlers. RV1 is a non-wrestler. You can make him a non-wrestler and still book him once a year on your big shows.

Isn't that the whole point of the non-wrestler role, they don't wrestle so the most part but the game allows you to do so for storyline purposes? Regals wrestled several times on NXT but I'd still list him as a non wrestler.

The concept of non-wrestler is very strange... Because most of the real world non-wrestlers always end up as managers(Flair, Vickie, Heyman) and they wrestle occasionaly but in EWR the managers can wrestle every show... So if i wanna use Regal or Flair as manager I can't, but everyday I can put in a match Zeb Coulter or Karen Jarrett!?
