ITV4 and Eurosport share the UK television rights once again. Hosts South Africa open the tournament against minnows Cape Verde on Saturday.

It is - they just decided to change it from even years to odd years. So rather than not have one for three years they are just running 2012 and 2013 editions back-to-back.

Next one after this is Morocco 2015.

Well, it is the English pronunciation of it. It isn't like we call any other national team by their own language version of the name. I don't recall us ever playing 'Sverige' or 'Hellas' anyway

This tournament has been quite underwhelming so far.
