  1. The only film I've seen is DaVinci, and it was just ok, a bit on the dissapointing side. Furthermore my friends are telling me to see Over The Hedge but Dreamworks Animation don't have the best track record for CGI films(Shark Tale and Madagascar anyone?), it seems like they only try when they get to Shrek. X-Men 3, I'll see, but I'm going in with low expectations which is pretty sad since the first 2 were good to great superhero films. Superman Returns and Cars, these two films are the ones I'm waiting for, and can't wait to see them at the cinema. Other films I might end up seeing are Click, Dead Mans Chest, and Lady in The Water if reviews are great (or at least good).
  2. The DaVinci Code: 5.5/10 Paul Bettnay and Sir Ian save this film. I liked the book, but the film was poorly paced, and to me dragged in the middle. It's not the disaster that critics say it is, but its a passable thriller that could have been great with such a great cast and director on hand.
  3. Match Point: 7/10 Gosford Park:8/10
  4. Smallville 24 The O.C. House South Park Family Guy Lost It's a 7 way tie
  5. Upon this amazing E3, I've decided that first I get Nintendo Wii and then Xbox 360. Sorry Sony, but the games while looking beautiful does nothing for me. Plus Super Smash Bro's, Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3, Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess is all I need. Plus I also Need Halo 3, SMackdown vs. Raw 2007, and GTA, which the 360 will provide. I can live without Final Fantasy and another Metal Gear Solid game.
  6. Some films I've watched this past week: Fun With Dick and Jane:5/10 54: 7/10 The Sentinel: 4/10 Mission Impossible III: 7/10
  7. I get chills everytime I watch that scene in American History X where the guy gets stomped, and thats all I got to say just to keep all the gritty details. Theres also the scene in Star Wars Episode III with Anakin burning and Obi Wan letting it out and finally the scene where Luke in Episode IV says the line "I'm a Jedi...like my father before me" followed by the redemption of Vader. There are plenty more films but these are the ones that came to my mind first.
  8. From the films I've seen Walk the Line and Crash were great, while Chicken Little was not (it's actually quite boring).
  9. Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of The Sith-9/10 God, I love this movie.
  10. I like many shows, but at this time 24 and Smallville are tied number 1.
  11. 12. I love everything of Springsteen, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin and Pink Floyd.
  13. Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: 9/10
  14. Jedi....just for the ending. The music when Luke gets pissed when Vader mentions Leia is just brilliant. Absolutely brilliant ending. Not even the little Ewoks or Boba Fetts craptastic death could ruin it. Plus Wedge survives another battle Empire is great (duh!) and probably has the best music overall, but I still think Jedi is better, and after watching the entire saga the ending is even better then it was before.
  15. I agree with all the suggestions posted, and I'll list some not yet listed: "Stairway to Heaven": Led Zeppelin "Comforably Numb": Pink Floyd "Like a Rolling Stone": Bob Dylan "Born to Run": Brice Springsteen "All The Small Things": Blink 182
  16. Here are my picks: Western Conference (1) Detroit vs. (8) Edmonton I'd love to see the Oilers take the upset, but Detroit won't steamroll tehm like some people are predicting. The Wings will take it either in game 6 or game 7 (2) Dallas vs. (7) Colorado (3) Calgary vs. (6) Anaheim (4) Nashville vs. (5) San Jose -What a year they're having. Eastern Conference (1) Ottawa vs. (8) Tampa Bay (2) Carolina vs. (7) Montreal -But I really would love to see the Habs somehow take it in 7. (3) New Jersey vs. (6) NY Rangers -This one's going to game 7. (4) Buffalo vs. (5) Philadelphia -I can't believe I'm cheering for the Flyers At least they have some class. I want Flyers to take it to 4, but thats very unlikely.
  17. Inside Man: 7/10 Its a good film, nothing really special, but still etertaining.
  18. The Peters golf swing.....that got my nerves, but whatever, its not like he had experience going through the playoffs, I can't wait to see his ass kicked by the Devils/Rangers/Flyers if he's even on the ice. Oh, and they always say what comes around goes around so I'm not too worried about a nobody player Who are you most surprised made it into the playoffs (now that only Atlanta is competing for a spot still)? Edmonton to tell you the truth Which team that didn't make it should have? I am tempted to say the Leafs, but maybe this is better for them, they can hopefully fix whats wrong, that is if they even try to shake things up, if anything we need a new GM, Fergueson's got to go, and he probably won't. As for Pat Quinn, I'm 50-50. Who do you think will win the Stanley Cup? Carolina Hurricanes. Although I would love to see Montreal or Edmonton to take it. Calgary would be nice. And what the hell, Sens were amazing this season, and if they do win the stanley cup, they didn't beat leafs for it, so I'm ok with that. I just don't want the Sabres to win.
  19. This is actually one of the better film lists I've seen. I agree with the top 10(although I'd put Chinatown number 1 personally, but Casablanca rocks anyway). Seeing Eternal Sunshine of The Spotless Mind at the top 25 is great!
  20. #2 just doesn't belong there, and Sideways is far too high.
