  1. Funny Farm - 5/10 I think I used to like this movie, but I found it kind of boring and really not that funny..but maybe it's because I've seen it so many times. One of these days I will stop being lazy and put the pictures like everyone else does these days.
  2. Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind - 9.7/10 Finally saw it and it lived up to my expectations and more. Not much to say about this movie except that it was just awesome. The Girl Next Door - 6.5/10 I know I am only giving it a 6.5, but I really enjoyed this movie and am gonna put it on my Christmas list (I usually reserve getting movies on DVD for movies scoring atleast an 8).
  3. Saved! - 5.5/10 I was expecting more from this movie and was very disappointed. Very sappy and cliched. The only plus about this movie was Mandy Moore as she did a very good job. The Manchurian Candidate (Remake) - 7/10 Denzel was good as always, I've never seen the original so I can't compare the two, but this one was pretty good. Being John Malkovich - 8/10 This is one weird movie...and as absurd and out there as it is, for some reason I really liked it. To Come Soon: Man On Fire and I finally get to watch Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind.
  4. The Rundown - 7/10 Good action mixed in with comedy...nothing like a monkey humping the Rock to get a laugh or two. Gave me something to do on a Sunday afternoon when The Panthers are getting killed. Serving Sara - 4.5/10 Meh with a side of blah. Very few laughs, but it was better than the last Matthew Perry movie I watched which was the Whole Nine Yards. As much as I love Friends, none of them really have a successful movie career (except maybe Aniston and possibly Cox with Scream - but those were mainly supporting roles). Another failed comedy, but if I guess it works if there is nothing really better on (which was the case with why I watched it).
  5. I listen to many kinds of music with country music being one of the main types. I do especially like Johnny Cash; but I mostly enjoy Garth Brooks and Alan Jackson. For some reason I can't stand any of the female country singers (Shania Twain, Faith Hill, etc.). But yeah I like most of the new stuff too.
  6. Friday Night Lights - 9.5/10 I can really only describe this movie as simply awesome. Who knew Tim McGraw could play such a good abusive father? Highest recommendation: I'd definitely see it again and will be getting the DVD when it comes out.
  7. I was in shock when I saw the title of the thread...I just can't believe it. He had worked so hard to overcome his disability, and he was determined to one day walk again; and now he will never get that opportunity. A very sad day indeed. RIP Christopher Reeve
  8. Ladder 49 - 7/10 Decent and better than average movie, not great though and I was actually kind of disappointed since I was really looking for great things from this movie. I may be overrating it, and but for now that's what I'll go with. It was enjoyable though, and I'd see it again (not necissarily in theaters) but wouldn't buy the DVD.
  9. The new shows I've watch include: Joey, Jack & Bobby, Drew Carey's Green Screen, and Veronica Mars. Of those, my vote would go to Joey by a slim margin over Veronica Mars. Mainly because Joey is my idol. Also, Veronica Mars reminds me too much of Chloe from Smallville  I start to watch Life As We Know it, but it just wasn't working for me. I thought it'd be funny, but it just missed completely. And plus the thought of anyone making out with Kelly Osborne was enough to get me to turn off my TV.
  10. The Forgotten - 6.5/10 Decent thriller, with the usual "saw it coming" kinda stuff. Might've been a better movie with better acting and some of the stuff was just too contrived. Although its a good movie to take a girl to go see since she'll be looking to you for protection during the "jump in your seat" scenes.
  11. I'm going to the movie a whopping TWICE this weekend. Tomorrow I'm seeing The Forgotten and Saturday I'm seeing Ladder 49. Friday Night Lights is on my to see list though, while Taxi is on my to avoid list.
  12. I've seen Cellular and I give it my recommendation as I really liked it. I wanna see Ladder 49 and might go see it tomorrow. Shark Tale is also on my list of movies to see, while Mr. 3000 and The Forgotten are on my list of I kinda wanna see and will see if there's nothing else to see. I'm being forced to see First Daughter next weekend though...argh.
  13. Office Space - 9.5/10 I LOVE this movie, and unfortunately don't have it yet but I know I will be asking for it for Christmas. Tonight I got to catch it on Bravo (admist continuous ads for the absurd Manhunt reality show and Celeb Poker Showdown) and even through the censoring its still funny even on repeated viewings.
  14. I don't like Blue's Clues...I watch it and I am afraid I will end up looking stupid because I won't be able to put the clues together to figure out what is trying to be said. Yeah....not...that that ever happens...

    Lost

When I first saw previews for the show, I wanted to watch it. But the I saw it was going up against Smallville. And nothing will take me away from my Smallville, so unfortunately no Lost for me unless there will be encore episodes, or I'll catch the reruns.
  16. Ocean's Eleven - 8.5/10 Fun and enjoyable movie that has comedy, drama, action, and intelligence all mixed in to one good movie. I personally can't wait for Ocean's Twelve when it comes out later this year.
  17. FF 11 is the interactive online game that has been out for a while now (atleast I think its been out for a while now, with my computer I can't play online).
  18. Ron White is my favorite but I like all of them. I recently bought the "They Call me Tater Salad" DVD. My least favorite is probably Larry the Cable Guy, but they're all good in my opinion. I was a fan of Bill Engvil for years now back when he did his first Here's Your Sign CD. And I've always liked Jeff Foxworthy too.
  19. How 2 Fast 2 Furious is anywhere near this list makes my head explode. And Office Space not being any higher Same with the Oceans 11 Remake.
  20. Meh I'd go see it as it'll end up being something like Starsky and Hutch where it was really making fun of the show and time period than anything else. And since Starsky and Hutch was one of my favorite movies of the year so far, I'd probably like Dukes of Hazzard too. And from what I've heard, Britney Spears was to be cast but now its Jessica Simpsons, with Jessica Biel and Mandy Moore are also being considered. Edit - Just for fun, I think they should cast John Schneider as atleast a cameo role.
  21. I'm gonna have to go with Stephen King as I am currently in the process of reading The Dark Tower (about to start Book 3). I've also always been partial to Dr. Suess
  22. I don't remember exactly where Kate left to but I remember she got married to some other guy. And Steve ran off because of Mimi, which is enough said.
  23. Whose Line getting cancelled probably had something to do with either bad timeslots or not enough promotion from ABC, I know I could never figure out what day it came on. As for The Wayne Brady Show, I have no idea why it got cancelled. It was an award winning show but I guess not enough people watched.
