  1. Yahoo movies has it listed for a Summer 2007 release, so yeah looks like it will be a year wait.
  2. Yeah and while they weren't on screen at the same time, Ana, Michael, and Jin are all clearly seen walking up at the same spot where Shannon saw Walt and ran after him at. Looks like people just reading too much into the fact that they weren't on screen together when the reason for that is most likely simply because it's more effective to have it cut between the two different parties because of the distance. I really liked Shannon, if not just for the fact that I find Maggie Grace incredibly hot, but still...and her flashbacks and actions in this episode was making me like her even more, but I expected her to bite the bullet, so to speak here. I do find it interesting that at the end of this episode, it's kind of unclear which survivor is "lost forever" whether it be Shannon, Cindy, or even Sawyer at this point. I tend to believe Sawyer is going to be fine, and Cindy may be irrelevant since she's one of the "taillies" and to be honest with, I must've not been paying enough attention to them because I can't even remember which one she was. So while its not really clear if Shannon lives or dies, I'd say if she wasn't yet, she probably wouldn't last much longer given the nature of where she was shot and the fact that I don't think even Jack could save her. Poor Shannon I hope Sayid shows Ana Lucia the methods of torture he gave Sawyer in Season 1. And I'm glad they're giving us this "from the beginning" look at the other survivors, just so we can get some more understanding on their personalities and such so that we can have more feeling for them...cause like I said, I didn't even know who Cindy was and could really care less at this point about her dissappearance. And I'm guessing "extended" episode means it'll run over a couple minutes or so (I think they did that a couple times last season), because there was still a preview for Invasion's next week.
  3. Jolie must have got the snub, I think I remember seeing a lot of negative votes for her and not so much Alba, if I recall correctly.
  4. Ahh....yeah...though the OC finally returns next week too, so it'll be interesting to see how that affects Smallville's ratings, I'd imagine there might be some falloff but hopefully not.
  5. Some good news, Smallville beat out Everybody Hates Chris this week in the ratings, getting a 4.4 and still ranks number one in the time period for males 18-34. And also, some good news in regards to the rumors of this being the last season.
  6. I didn't think it was too bad, the Lex/Braniac scenes were the highlight and those alone made the show worth watching. And the episode wasn't a complete throw away since we did get the progression of the Braniac/Clark/Lex stuff as well as we got to see the first signs of Braniac's evilness. And next week, Lois as a stripper
  7. The only games I've ever played online were for the PC...I played Quake online and also an RPG called Nexus.
  8. No Tights, No Flight (except for on special occasions and apparently one of those will be this season) Loved the Junior Life Guard Association remark.... when that happened I was saying to myself "YES, THAT WAS AWESOME". Brainiac? Did I miss something? Or is he the teacher? Was the teacher the guy who came out of the spaceship?
  9. Meh to Carmen Electra... But Maggie Grace I was starting to think she wasn't going to make it. Overall so far the list seems better than the other two...I assume the added emphasis of negative votes helped that out a bit.
  10. I thought the episode was mediocre, but nothing too horrible. I don't know if I buy the whole kid getting his hands on a missle and trying to blow up smallville plotline, but I guess there's been crazier things. Have to agree about the Lionel/Jor-el scene, best part of the episode easily. The episode with Flash was good last season, so hopefully they can duplicate that with Aquaman. And all I can say is, it better not be Chloe who dies. Although I really don't want anyone to die I was talking to this girl on the phone during the episode and she actually thought Clark was gonna die.
  11. 1. Invasion 2. How I Met Your Mother 3. Supernatural I give the War at Home an honorable mention, I've seen every episode and while I didn't think too much of it at first, it's gotten better. Those four are really the only new shows I've seen/liked.
  12. I believe the thing about polar bears is that in the orientation video, when something is said about studying the zoology of the island. I couldn't remember exactly, but over at Insidepulse, one columnist said this.
  13. I'm pretty sure http://modthesims2.com is a free site.
  14. Yeah, its another post season wash out for the Braves, but considering all their young players and injuries they've had, they can't consider it a complete bust since they possibly outdid themselves just by winning the division again. So yeah, nothing new with the Braves losing in the playoffs but it's something to build off of.
  15. 1. Maggie Grace 2. Jessica Alba 3. Kristen Bell 4. Kate Winslet 5. Allison Mack 6. Drea De Matteo 7. Kristin Kruek 8. Kirsten Dunst 9. Keria Knightley 10. Evangeline Lilly Negatives 1. Angelina Jolie 2. Stacy Keibler 3. Lindsay Lohan 4. Gwen Stefani 5. Candice Michelle
  16. Yeah, I wasn't expecting much at all out of this episode...but once we got past the lovey-dovey Clark/Lana make-out session at the beginning, this was probably one of the better non-finale episodes in recent memory for me. Plus I've always enjoyed the chemistry between Clark and Chloe more-so than Lana anyway, so watching them together is always good. And the Lex/Clark moment was amazing. I stopped watching after that, for obvious reasons. From the previews, next week could be even better. (Y)
  17. If I get either it'll most likely be ESPN...I've always found it better than Live, and it being cheap doesn't hurt. Dunno if I'll actually be getting it or not...most likely I'm just gonna put it down on my Christmas list or something and maybe pick it up later. I'll probably just save my money for College Hoops 2k6.
  18. I agree with thug, I too have seen every episode and was pretty bored by this season opener. Everything was forgettable and meh besides the ending, which hopefully leaves hope that things will get better...but with a possible Clark/Lana lovefest episode coming up, I'm not going to expect great things. I don't even think Brainiac is suppose to be on next week...but hopefully things will kick into gear in a couple weeks.
  19. Personally I don't think he's dead or going to die yet. It was never said he was dead...Lex said something about him almost being dead...but how many times has this show faked out on a death. I mean the Kent House got hit by the meteor, but it's pretty much a gaurantee they'll survive. Last season you had the apparant death of Chloe and Lex being poisoned...I'd bet Lionel will be back.
  20. I wish I had gone with West Virginia..I had a pretty good feeling about them too. But the past two days have shown exactly why March Madness is so great. Here's to more of the same tomorrow (except in the Duke game...GO DUKE...and the Louisville game too because I have them in the final four)
  21. Collateral - 7/10 Pretty good stuff here, not much to say about the movie that hasn't already been said since I am finally getting to see it for the first time. Many have said they didn't really like the ending and I have to agree with them on that note. I did really like the dialogue there between the two right before the action picked up at the end inside the car. Note to self: Don't make Tom Cruise mad. Now I just got to see Ray.
  22. Holy jeez...now Bucknell over Kansas...what a crazy night for college basketball. As Dicky V would say...UPSET CITY BABY! Yeah my brackets almost gone to Hell now...
  23. I didn't predict Vermont to beat Syracuse - in fact I had them going to the sweet 16, but I still loved every minute of it! Thank God Louisville and Duke didn't lose though.
  24. I have never read the comics before, but one day I happened to look at the original trailer for it and have been wanting to see this movie ever since. But I do wonder if this movie will still be good for people who have never read thew books? I hope so because I am really looking forward to seeing this. And I too thought it was 3 stories: "Sin City", "The Big Fat Kill" and "That Yellow Bastard." Atleast according to IMDb.
