  1. Hell, I don't think I've ever used a companion in any runthrough I've done of Fallout 3.
  2. To be fair, FO3 was released long before Borderlands, but I can see where you're coming from. Outside of modding the game, I'd just suggest exploring the Wasteland. Doing stuff like helping Moira Brown in Megaton write her Wasteland Survival Guide is a nice way to explore in the beginning of the game, plus it can get you a few bonus perks if you go out of your way to do the extra objectives.

    Defiance

I know the names, but it's only because I read the Wiki entry for the show when I first heard about it like a month ago. It was pretty good. I was assuming that Datak's (Curran's character) status as a villain was going to quickly be forgotten when he joined the town's resistance against the Volge, but I guess not. Based off the pilot alone, I'm willing to give it a fair shot.
  4. So I picked this up yesterday - mainly for the GoT mod - but I've been playing the base game as a way to teach myself the ropes... and stuff went to hell fast before I stopped for the night. I was playing a game in Ireland. At one point, I tried having another leader be assassinated; it failed, and I was assassinated shortly afterward. My closest heir was my oldest son, who I had recently imprisoned for instigating a plot to have me killed. So that son took over my land, but due to me still not quite understanding how to fix up things in the line of succession, my second-oldest son took over the other area I held. I ended up capturing the second son and executing him at six years old, winning me back those lands... but I was then killed shortly thereafter by an assassin.
  5. They do, but it basically stands in name only. There are still RAW-branded workers and SmackDown-branded workers, but everyone can appear on any show anyway so it's not a big deal. I'd keep the split in anyway, mainly because of the focuses; RAW is very much more mainstream-focused than SmackDown is.
  6. In other news from the article, we can confirm that the remasters are indeed the International versions of the games. So does that mean that the Dark Aeon sidequest and Penance are in the game?
  7. I'm not looking forward to this. I mean, it might be fun, and I realize that looking for story in a Saints Row game is a stupid idea, but I'd at least like consistent characterization - i.e., I'm hoping that nobody gets as ridiculous a random personality shift like the one Shaundi got in SRTT.
  8. You could probably help by linking to the site. Or by doing some of that work for CC.
  9. I think if you play a lot of Blitzball, a guy in the bar in Luca will give you the World Champion, Wakka's Celestial Weapon; and I believe one of the items he needs to power it up is a prize for a Blitzball tournament.
  10. So I was part of a match earlier where I and the other three players were all Geth Juggernauts. That happened, and it was glorious.
  11. If I could find a way to take good screen shots on a DSlite my HeartGold game would have been in the Cube days ago. And now that I've started to take a look at the BlazeBlack 2 hack's documentation, I'm probably going to take the first little bit in BB to get used to this Rotation Battle thing and jump over to BB2 as the improvements in gameplay in vanilla makes the hack just that much better. Plus any hack that gives Farfetch'd a Fight/Flying type and turns Delibird from a gimmick to a legit use is alright in my books. Well, I'd figure that worst-case-scenario, you could use it as a way to strengthen your descriptive writing ability. Nuzlockes are typically done to tell stories, anyway. And that BB nuzlocke is just one on a growing list of things I end up researching waaaay too much to never end up really doing.
  12. I'd actually been mulling around the idea of doing a Blaze Black nuzlocke diary in the Cube, but never got around to it.
  13. As long as we can actually get two-counts (and Aubrey Sitterson doesn't try to play the bug off as a feature), any potential WWE 2k14 would already be a lot better than WWE 13.
  14. I agree, but if ME4's not a continuation to the Shepard story, I can see why they wouldn't potentially want to put a connector between Shep and the new protagonist. And the discussion about multiplayer makes me realize I should rename my krogan Soldier from "Ares" to "Tektora". I really hope Battleground picks up again some day soon. That was fun (and likely the closest thing we'll get to a Mass Effect MMO for the time being)
  15. Last night made me wish that Ron Swanson was my father. Also, I loved Abed's quiet "I hate you." when the Study Group saw Pierce's American version of Inspector Spacetime.
  16. It's literally the first thread you see in this forum. Bill1996's February update.
  17. I'd send messages to the scenario creators. You're less likely to find any advice regarding WreSpi mods here than you would over at GDS.
  18. '07, I believe. IIRC, it was the same game where Candice Michelle was able to turn you into a woman. Yes and Yes but... I forget; I know Candice carried that wand around in reality, but did she ever use it to win matches or was it some weird unexplained thing she carried?
  19. '07, I believe. IIRC, it was the same game where Candice Michelle was able to turn you into a woman.
  20. I'm in HC's boat; I can't be much help, since any of the knowledge I had of wrestling in 2004 is in things you've already done; but if you need grunt work done, like adding in new workers, setting up title histories, etc., I can do that..
  21. Why? None of the people in who participate in the Gut Checks are actually unknowns, and they then go to Ohio Valley Wrestling.
  22. When talking 'bout Reality Era, I was talking about the era also known as Ruthless Agression Era. One of my favourites, it started in 2001, when WCW has been bought by Vince McMahon, and the content was different as the Attitude Era content. The end of the Ruthless Agression Era could be on 2006 or 2007, when John Cena've been drafted to RAW with the WWE championship. There have been major changes, such as there were no more bikini contests, etcetera. In fact, it changed to the PG Era or the Kids Era. Drug policy is more strict as it was before, there's more comedy in the shows. In brief, it's family content: PG content. Both of those are WWE-exclusive examples, though. Eras influence entire game areas, not just one promotion. Although WWE's toned themselves down since they adopted the PG rating in August '08, you still have, for example, TNA featuring Mr. Anderson hanging out with nameless hookers who perform floaty handjobs on crotch-level beer bottles.
  23. For the Awards i normally get them from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pro_Wrestling_Illustrated_awards#Wrestler_of_the_Year and regarding the Hall of Immortals im happy to add more, who do you have in mind? Sorry for the Hall of Immortals, it's all good, I was confused by another mod he hadn't inductees in the HOI. For the awards, it's all good, I took them to edit the database myself and did the 2012 awards. What about the eras? It could be interesting for our games. Two of the proposed eras wouldn't make sense. Attitude Era would work, but first off, what are the Reality and PG Eras, and how do they differ from any normal time? You could make a case that recent years have potentially seen a decrease in both TV and PPV ratings, an increase in Male, Speedy-types, maybe an increase in Comedy-based products in this 'era', and possibly an increase in Soft Drugs usage. I don't know what you'd call that, but "Reality Era" seems like it could work (though not for the "Yeah, Punk's shoot!" hysteria that Punk was able to coin that name during).
  24. Agreed, but only if it's an option and not an overall easing-down of an entire game.
  25. I'm pretty sure you can do a 3DS-DS trade with Gen 4/5 games...
