  2. I'm sorry Ellis Enchanted. Small Blue was taken for I presume my deleting reasons <_< Come up with a better name for me, you Wakefield bum.

  3. http://www.sweetthunder.org/tapes/ It's just a website of weird stuff found on tapes in places like charity shops. Some include Peace Corps volunteers in Lesotho recording their kids singing, Pac Man Christmas story, and WWII memoirs. I think Music is the best place for this.
  4. There's two things in The Ridiculous Race at the moment I'm reading .... I'll edit them in later. One is basically why there's a huge gap in Siberia, and the various conspiracy theories. The other is about the singing of a submarine in Russia, and the Government keep drugging one of the bereaving parents to stop her complaining.
  5. Because both make music.
  6. Yossi Benayoun. Emanuel Pogatetz. Brad Friedel.
  7. Wicked. And you get the links to the shows from where? >_> I'm a RS novice.

  9. Are you bittorrenting these or buying the DVDs? Everytime I try torrenting whole series, it's either mentally slow, or someone forgot to write that it's in Arabic with German subtitles. But there's a fuckload of telly I wnt to watch. Any help?
  10. Also, I think this was a Mexican player, but in a recent TV interview a player was all "Yeah, don't ask that. I play in Europe, I'm better than you." before storming off. So Mexico not reaching expectations probably is due to the players who moved to Europe picking up the worst traits of our players, and thinking they're above the country. There's only so much you blame it on the manager until you realise that the 11 men on the pitch are not playing up to scratch.
  11. Mexico's record against Honduras was shocking (Not sure if Sven was manager for the first match). They won the first; but only due to a wrong decision for a free kick and a flukey last minute goal. And going down 3-1 against Honduras is actually to be expected. Honduras have brilliant players in the squad, and now the majority of the best ones are going abroad: Palacios (Spurs), Suazo (Benfica), Costly (Birmingham), Figueroa (Wigan) I can see them developing into a great side. I really hope they qualify for the World Cup, since on form they are completely outplaying Mexico.
  12. Hbob. Everyone has heard of Spice Girls Wannabe.

  14. Can I come just to hear the keychange in Evergreen? I'm gonna take this *keychange* MOMENT! MAKE IT LAST FOREVER!
  15. The Jade quote was from mid-2007 when the parents at the school her kids go to were all "Jade, here? But this is a GOOD school!"
  16. The world media will crash Buckhurst Hill on that day My poor little town. And seeing as the church the ceremony is taking place is about 2 minutes walk from my house, they will probably film my house. It's a good thing that my dog died, since he always liked crashing funerals, and on something this high scale I couldn't risk him pissing on her coffin. >_>
  17. I said it in the respect that Jade's media whoring was just making a sacrifice for her children. In an interview with one of the tabloids: "I know people think I'm betraying my roots by sending them to a private school but I want them to have the very best chance in life they can have. And that's what my money is for. What's the point of everything I have if I can't do that for them?" How many other celebrities end up years later having pissed their money away on drugs and alcohol? Where does that leave their children? But just since she's famous for nothing, apparently we must hate her! Every single one of our parents has made a sacrifice in order to help us. Whether we realise it or not. Whether it's working an extra shift at work (who did the money go towards?), moving to a new house to get into a new school's entrance zone etc. The only difference between her sacrifice and Jade's was that was hers was in the mainstream media and for a lot more cash. And her children will end up with a (probably) mortgage free step on the property ladder. I know that even at my age, to be given that advantage in life - yeah, I'd quite like it. Jade was just doing what any parent in her situation would have done. My comment on private/state school: There is nothing wrong with state schools. However, major companies and some Universities still think of state schools as being lower. I apologise for the Woolworths comment. I forgot it got shut down. With the disappearance of that and Forbuoys, I'm going to have to find a new place to buy the really small cans of Coke. The only really tragedy in this is she is being buried in a place with only wooden headstones allowed, since she was worried that vandalism would ruin her kid's memory of her. How fucking disgusting is that? Okay, you may not like her, but why be such a cunt to vandalise her grave?
  18. I have around half of those songs on my iPod. I think it's around 21-22
  19. Seven Pounds - 5/10 Nice enough story, but ever so predictable, and ridiculously pretentious. Bedtime Stories - 7/10 A highly enjoyable kids movie. Bride Wars - 6/10 The kinda thing you'd watch on a plane. Very funny at times. But ... why wasn't Matthew McConoughey in this? I was just waiting for him to show up as like, a sports broadcaster, who wins Kate Hudson over.
  20. I like how you completely ignored the "best education possible for her kids" point. Better than most parents just scrounging off benefits and letting their kid go to the local state school.
  21. Also you can take any Big Brother housemate and take his/her worst moments and create an article like that.
  22. Why when Jade Goody dies (someone who it's just trendy to dislike ... how many actually know anything about her or her life?) there's this reaction? But when, let's say Test dies, there's a huge OMG moment on the board - when as Lowerdeck's argument states he only had a minor role in the spotlight? He was hardly a World Champion, or known outside of the industry? Nobody is saying "Oh, I am a steroid. I'm pleased Test died. Why couldn't I be in some decent wrestler like John Cena " The fact is Jade Goody is a better parent than most of the board will be. She has three properties left to her kids in the will, and has earnt enough money to send them to private school and the best Universities. Is that bad parenting? Is that something a person with an "amoeba like" brain does? And everyone on this board, put in her position, would have done exactly the same. Around 10 million pounds (after agent fees) for doing what? Nah, I'd suppose you'd just stay working in Woolworths or whatever job you have, not trying to make a better life for yourself or your family.
