The last actual raid of this tier took 18 days to fall. That's the longest since Cataclysm raids and it took it's toll on the teams. I think a lot of them loved the actual raid but the personal loot rule instituted in this expansion was probably the worst thing they could have done for the race.

I hate you I wonder if magic builds are better. I'm going with more of a strength/Dex build. It took me 45 minutes to beat that jerk. So I guess on the level of suck....I'm suckier than you. Haha

How long did that boss take you? Gathering we've both said we suck, I want to compare myself to you and not these other "Awesome at video games that are hard" assholes

Yeah I don’t mind if it gets pushed out as long as they use that time to really clean it up because it’s pretty much all I could want from an Open World Harry Potter game. This is actually one of those times where it would actually be awesome to build It as a Single Player MMO where they just kept building onto the world and while you could interact with people, you wouldn’t need to

Yeah I did read about the 2017 thing. I'm kind of trying to decide between the newest NHL, MLB, WWE or GT game. Basically a game that I can throw on do a few races/games and then just not have to worry about it for awhile. Considering the Nascar games are usually garbage, I figured I'd give GT a shot but I'm not sure it's for me to be honest.

Has anyone played the new Gran Turismo game? I haven't played one since the original but this one looks slick and has piqued my interest. Just wondering if anyone has any thoughts.

I just realized a game I want. I want a new school Double Dragon game. I played so much of the NES/SNES games. I know they did versions for the PS4 that looked a lot like the old games....but I want story...I want updated graphics. I want the world damn it!

I say this every year but I'm very hyped to try to watch more Baseball games. They're always a good thing to throw on my second screen while I'm playing games or something. I haven't kept up with it since the mid 90's though so a lot of they people playing today aren't that well known to me. I've been keeping an eye on trades and such but I never know if they're good or bad for my team. Meacon used to tell me that stuff before Kane's past got him.

I need it to be good. It's one of the only fantasy worlds that I'm invested in. I guess Lord of The Rings as well but they've got two decently good games already.

I did the same thing. Weirdly the way I found one was a friend who called a little drug store in our area randomly for something and since she had gotten her husbands PS5 there several months ago and knew I was looking for one, just randomly asked if they had gotten one in stock. Surprisingly they had. So yeah, even though you sign up for those, I would probably reccommend giving some small shops in your area a call every couple of days. You might be surprised where you'd find one in stock.

I broke down and bought this for the PS5. I can already tell that I'm going to be beyond frustrated but I'm going to try not to give up on it for too long if I do have to take a break. It really is a beautiful game atmosphere wise but man, I've only fought Beastman of Farum Zula so far in Groveside Cave and it took me a good half hour to get him down. I can only imagine what's going to happen when I come up against an actual big bad boss.

Who cares how it ends as long as it ends. People who thought BFA was bad never thought it could get worse….and then it did….next expansion is announced in April. If it isn’t better than Shadowlands then I’m done for good.

Finally got my hands on a PS5. It’s the digital edition but I don’t think it matters other than I can’t play the 30 PS4 games I have. I signed up for PS Now but are there any PS5 games I should think about purchasing outside of Elden Rings?

I've had it in my cart at least 3 times since it came out and I've talked myself out of it every time.

I was going to buy it last night but everywhere I've read has said that it plays horribly on PC and I haven't been lucky enough to get my hands on a PS5. By the time I do, I'm sure Elden Ring 2 will be out.

For those of you who have played Souls games previously....is this harder, easier, the same?

I love the idea of the game but it being Souls-esque basically counts me out because much like Ruki said about himself, I'm quite shit at those types of games. I get frustrated way too easily and it just isn't fun for me. The rest of the RPG style game of it does make me want to play but I just think it would be a waste of money. I'll probably watch some people play it on twitch.

Yeah it's the closest to what I'm looking for...and I do play it. But there is an end-game that requires you to group up. You don't have to do it of course, but if there is one then I always feel the need to do it. It's a horrible dilemma. I feel like FFXIV at least makes it a lot easier to group up than some other games....(looking at you World Of Warcraft)

I've always wanted an MMO that is more single player than one that forces you to play other people. Like something where those people are there for you to interact with, but it doesn't force you to gather a group of people to do things unless you really want to. I dunno if I explained it very well. I feel like it opens doors to tell super long term stories through patches/expansions but still gives that single player experience.

I have. I hate it. I enjoy MMORPG's because to me those are built for that kind of thing. GTA/RDO online and most other games like it feel like they're trying to shoehorn an online mode just to get as much money out of people as possible. It's just utterly drab.

God I hope not. I feel like so many of these online games are all the same. Give me back my single player story focused narratives. I wanna play those games.
